I am extremely disappointed with my experience with BuyandShip.

I had a parcel with tracking number 9200190392501403834690 sent to the BuyandShip warehouse. The warehouse received it on September 11, but apparently the parcel did not have my user ID on the shipping label, so it was not automatically linked to my account.

I contacted customer service to resolve the issue. Initially, they sent me the wrong Singapore website link, even though I am a Malaysia customer and the parcel is supposed to be shipped to Malaysia. When I clicked the Singapore link, I was asked to receive an OTP and register again, which made absolutely no sense because I already have an existing BuyandShip Malaysia account.

After I pointed this out, they admitted that the Singapore link had been sent incorrectly and provided the Malaysia link.

However, even after logging into my existing Malaysia account through the correct link, the parcel still does not appear anywhere for me to declare.

So now I have a parcel that their warehouse has already received, but I cannot declare it because it has not been linked to my account. Instead of simply fixing the issue from their end, I have had to repeatedly contact customer service, click different links, and try to figure out where my parcel is.

This is an unnecessarily complicated and frustrating experience. The whole purpose of a forwarding service is to make shipping easier, not to make customers spend so much time chasing customer service just to declare a parcel that has already arrived at the warehouse.

I hope BuyandShip will improve their parcel identification and customer service process. A customer should not have to go through all this just to get a warehouse-received parcel linked to their existing account.

Reasonable prices and totally reliable. I have used Buy and Ship for over 200 deliveries over many years without any problem at all.

Third time using Buy and Sell. On my first use, I was a little confused with the app but CS was there to resolve my query.

Buy&Ship eases the process of purchasing local Japanese goods that are only sold within the country.

Delivery service is prompt and chat service is able to answer my enquiry promptly.

Items received were incorrect. Contact the support team, but no one responded till the 4th day. And after which, the response was delayed. Till now, there is no confirmation resolution as the person was not responding on time.

Prices have skyrocketed, paying almost double of what I used to and yet the customer service only responds to you once every two days. Even after responding, they will not offer any help and only give scripted replies.

Good service, when asking for help, customer service also reply fast and nice, just the delivery taking a bit long time time but can understand the situation.

The overall process of sending the purchase information all the way to the final product shipping was very good. There was a slight hitch in the shipping process when the window to ship was during a public holiday period but the customer services response was friendly enough that appropriate shipping info was conveyed. The only thing I would like to see improved is the response time for the customer service.

It was okay. Japan side receipient was fast, however the transit time to HK before I could process any combination is just an additional step.

The shipping tracking was not too detailed, which I would at least like to know how many days it takes to travel from Chiba to HK.

Hi, I am rather disappointed with my recent experience. My first order was very smooth, but the 2nd one is problematic. I had an order that I have been following up, however, there is no response despite multiple follow up. My ticket is #131311537. There is package from Taiwan has reached you hub in HK, I already inform to consolidate. You staff asked me to confirm the delivery address is Hong Kong on 8 Sep, I already confirm to delivery to HK address immediately. Despite follow up for the past 3 days via both chat and email since 9 Sep to now, so response. Please kindly look into this. Thanks.

Reliable and hassle free purchases and there are no GST charges for purchases under SGD 400, unlike some shipping platforms even if the purchase is below this limit. The customer support team is reliable and helpful.

Uncomplicated website, good tracking service, pricing is acceptable - able to save some money on direct international shipping to Singapore. Speed of delivery will take some time as packages get directed to HK for consolidation. About 1-2 weeks. Package came in good condition.
Used this service once so far for an overseas eBay purchase.

I've used their services twice to ship from two different countries and both times worked really well!!
