The time process to order and the delivery. Fast, hassle frew and affortable.

Positives: Super glad that my parcels were not disturbed during consolidation (unless necessary to save cardboard box space), after my feedback, and the customer service explained matters well. Shipping time, after consolidation, ranged from minimum 2 to maximum 4 days :)

Bit negative: Of course, it was explained and I understood why there is a Fuel Surcharge 1 SGD / 1 lb, since late April this year. However, it really does make consolidation fee a bit more expensive if my consolidation's chargeable weight is always 10 lb++ :/ (the weight being so much is because it is obviously cheaper for me to consolidate big volumes than multiple small ones, so long as the total shipment value <400 SGD)

The platform promptly updates on the status of items received in warehouse, transit or delivery.

Always peace of mind d using buy and ship services. Its a pity the Thailand warehouse will be closed soon. Will be good if your company can consider continue the service for Thailand as there aren't many options available for such services in Thailand and im sure many people will be glad to have this continued.

I would highly recommend Buy&Ship. It has done very well in overseas warehouse consolidation, packing, reshipping. Its shipping rate is competitive as it's charged based on actual weight instead of volume. Just one feedback. You need to improve the last mile delivery in Singapore. Janio Asia is notorious and not reliable. UPS so far is doing good for me. But you may explore further and offer more options for customer when it comes to last mile delivery in Singapore.

terrific service and great customer support. Had only 1 parcel lost once via DHL delivery, but was able to have it refunded.

There was no update on item once it was handed over to courier. Merely a tracking number which is not updated timely. Please review your local courier carefully.

Last mile shipping not up to date and only receive notification of delivery a day after item received and not progressive updates or tracking details.
