My package was handed over to a third party local delivery company who failed to keep me informed of tracking data and delivered the package 9 days after it had been handed to them. It would have been even longer had I not chased the package down via many calls, emails and WhatsApp messages with Buy&Ship and the delivery company (J&T express). Not a great experience.

Would be better to automatically send a photo of the untracked mail for consumer to verify the package instead of sending out straight to the hongkong warehouse which will complicates things. Even though everything is settled somehow by your staff, still kinda wasting time getting things done.

Hassle-free using the Mercari proxy buying service. Able to pay with Apple Pay makes it smooth also.

The lead time was very long from the USA warehouse.

it's good, but the vouchers , especially for mercari, needs to be more generous than just rm1 or rm2 off for loyal users

Package arrived in good order. Delivery took time but a fair trade-off against its cost.

Package status were updated until it was handed over to third party transporter. There was no notification of its delivery date or time.

Overall, I would still recommend Buy&Ship if time is not an important factor. Easy to sign up and use. As a first time user, I am pleased with its service and cost savings.

Customer Service is always good and the solutions are always looked at in a timely manner.

I wish there is option for us to choose, for example more expansive and faster shipping, cheaper but slower shipping....I have spend too much time waiting for my item transit from warehouse to warehouse.
And often time their warehouse updates are slow, often time my parcel reached their warehouse in the morning hour, but I only received an update email around late afternoon, which i could not arrange a consolidate sooner.

And i wish they have an option for us to choose to take photo of the item they received for us.

The delivery was great! But the customer service is very slow :/ they typically only respond once a day.

The parcel handling is good. The speed is also not bad. Just that for big parcel, the price is not very competitive.
