Proxy delivery was fast but fee was much more than expected

It allows me to purchase from online shopping located at different countries that does not offers international delivery.

I am glad and will continue to use buy and ship.

Though it might have some longer delivery time, hopefully can be shorten.

Always peace of mind d using buy and ship services. Its a pity the Thailand warehouse will be closed soon. Will be good if your company can consider continue the service for Thailand as there aren't many options available for such services in Thailand and im sure many people will be glad to have this continued.

I would highly recommend Buy&Ship. It has done very well in overseas warehouse consolidation, packing, reshipping. Its shipping rate is competitive as it's charged based on actual weight instead of volume. Just one feedback. You need to improve the last mile delivery in Singapore. Janio Asia is notorious and not reliable. UPS so far is doing good for me. But you may explore further and offer more options for customer when it comes to last mile delivery in Singapore.

terrific service and great customer support. Had only 1 parcel lost once via DHL delivery, but was able to have it refunded.

There was no update on item once it was handed over to courier. Merely a tracking number which is not updated timely. Please review your local courier carefully.

Last mile shipping not up to date and only receive notification of delivery a day after item received and not progressive updates or tracking details.

Very pleased with customer service wherever i am in trouble. App so far so good. Always receptive of feedbacks. Would be great if we are able to make purchase of multiple items at once from the same seller so that seller can collate the orders and send everything in 1 parcel (so that buyer can save on shipping fee)

The service is great and reliable. What would make it a better experience is faster/swift notification once the they're shipped after consolidation. My experience was that "ready to ship" status was quite long, which gave the impression that it hasn't been shipped. Other than that, amazing!
