The idea of getting a box full of surprise beauty products each month makes me excited like a kid waiting for Santa. Some of the products are basic stuff like conditioner and hand cream (that I would have to buy anyway), other more interesting like anti-aging serum, sleeping mask or retinol face pads. I significantly reduced the time I spend shopping for new cosmetics - they just arrive and what I get for the money I pay is a great deal.

The boxes are great! I got many really nice products, many of them unavailable in my country. And I think the price for them is okay.
I have really positive experience with the customer service. They fixed my problem almost immediately.
In my opinion, everything is just fine. :)

Mostly Goodieboxes are great. Cosmetics are awesome. They also have great goodiepoints system. Customer Service is also quick and helpful. Great solution for women.
You can delete the subscription anytime.

Terrible treatment of customers!!!
I wanted to cancel my subscription, no one answers anywhere, but they take the money for the second time in four days. This is too horrible service!!!
Firstly, I wrote everywhere about canceling my subscription for a month no one responded, secondly, in my personal cabinet i can not delete the card and moreover, going to the section "my subscriptions" to remove the subscription, it only offers to issue it, the cancellation is out of the question, and thirdly, in 4 days they have already taken money away for the second time.

I think this box is great for women who wanna try cosmetics that may be not available in they country. Small packaging is perfect for travelling and there's no chance that they will expire. I am really happy with the custom services and package itself. I highly recommend trying it.

The box is amazing but the service is terrible! I am trying to contact them for a month due to the fact they mistakenly charging me for 2 subscriptions ( while delivering 1 box) is it a scam?!

Goodiebox Happiness Team haven't responded to my question about being overcharged for my Welcome Box, and then charged too early for the first box. My package tracking page shows nothing, and I've been waiting around a week for any response now.
EDIT 1: I am well aware of the additional energy fee, as I can read. In my understanding, I was still overcharged. The Welcome Box was priced at 44,50 PLN + 7,68 PLN energy fee, which adds up to 52,18 total. I was charged 0,61 PLN and then 56,53 PLN a minute after - a few PLN more, yet still, that's taking more than expected, and I still have not received any explanation or answer to my support inquiry about it. Like two days later or so, I was charged the full price for the second box, that should have been charged at the end of the month.
EDIT 2: I received a response to my first inquiry today, and a refund for the second charge. I was also informed that my Welxome Box is on the way. Not terrible, although it would be great if I was initially informed about expected delays. It is nice to see they care and want to fix it though, finally receiving an email response warmed me up right away.

I had paid for the subscription and according to their policy I was supposed to get 2 boxes within a week - 1st "greeting box ", 2nd the one subscription is for. It's been almost a month since then. In reality I was always fed with "you'll get it soon" emails (I got at least 2) and the last one I received after having cancelled the subscription after 2 weeks of waiting, was the same as previous ones except they finally offered to return my money. I informed the company in response that yes, I would like to get my money back. Since then no news. Terrible service. I usually never leave reports like that, but I am really hurt by paying 86 pln for nothing except lies and empty promises (what is better, my next payment had been set in a very close term, whilst I hadn't even received any of the promised boxes).
I don't recommend, unfortunately.
