Really bad. Ryanair changed the flights tried multiple ways to change the transfer from countless messages on the web chat, speaking to taxi staff calling the taxi staff to reconfirm the outbound transfer to no avail. A faceless company. Metered taxi worked out 15€ cheaper than what I paid albeit have now paid twice. Don’t waste money booking via Ryanairs countless offers their partners are clearly not delivering.

I have this company for over. Ten years, when it was called express taxi. I have never had a problem.
They do not even deserve a single star
They do not even deserve a single star. Contracted through Ryanair for pickup upon arrival at Dublin Airport from Edinburgh. Flight arrived. Ryanair failed to provide requested wheel chair for spouse so it took a while to get from gate through customs and pickup luggage. Still got to security exit within 1 hour. Driver claims he waited an hour before leaving us to get to train station on our own and was not willing to provide a refund. We barely made it to the train station on time by cab. I would strongly discourage using this supplier. They absolutely suck.

Don’t want give even one star. I paid for pick up but driver didn’t come. Company is not even responding now. No courtesy to respond also. I am begging my own money but not getting hold of them. I will not recommend this company to anyone.
Awful company, unrequested cancellation overnight
Awful company is cabforce! I made an airport transfer reservation for Rosario airport, Argentina. I immediately received the confirmation voucher to my email under confirmation# AR797007660. However, the following day I received a cancellation notice with almost no explanation and the supplier dottransfers did not either provide any further details. Cabforce is a scam website as now they are going to speculate with my funds!

We booked a taxi from Barcelona airport through Ryanair website for 29 July, driver did not turn up, we waited ages then had to get an airport cab instead for another 78 euros. I have spent all morning trying to get phone numbers for them from Ryanair who don't want to know, and goodness knows who else I've phoned. Am getting nowhere. SO AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. WISH I'D SEEN THESE REVIEWS FIRST!

Booked through Ryanair, so assumed all should be good. However, taxi back to Lisbon airport didn’t show up. After 45 minutes and calling the driver several times, he sent a message ‘good morning do you need something’ and never replied when I send a message back saying we were waiting for him to take us to the airport.

Do not use Cabforce; they are incompetent and unreliable.
Cabforce have a decent looking website, which purports to offer a "booking" service for taxi/transfer. The proposition here, for the tourist or other traveller, is that when you arrive at your destination airport, a driver is there with a sign with your name on it. So you don't have to worry about the stress of finding the appropriate taxi queue or other public transport option to bring you to your destination. And this may well be the case in many or even most of the taxi journeys they organise.
The problem, however, is when things go wrong, as it seems that Cabforce are only a broker to book a taxi ride on your behalf with some local provider. This is not Uber... there will be no feedback to let you know the driver is on their way, if they are late, or even if they plan to show up at all. Once something goes wrong, there is no feedback loop; you are on your own. There is a text chat service on the website, which in fairness does seem to work. But who wants to be trying to get a connection to this, in the stressful environment of an airport arrivals hall?
Our experience on arrival in Pisa, Italy:
- Cabforce did not show up. No communication
- Found the reservation and contact phone for taxi. Number listed is in Spain? No answer from phone so message left
- Found the chat service on Cabforce site and initiated communication. Chat rep took details
- Chat rep was in contact with cab company, who advised that they had cancelled the journey.
- Chat rep apologised for the non-performance and arranged a refund, which took about 12 business days.
(The cab company later left a message to state that they had cancelled after waiting an hour. This could not have been the case; we had arrived early, and in fact the booking time+1 hour had not yet elapsed as of the time we raised the issue)
Anecdotal evidence from talking to local taxi drivers suggests that non-performance of bookings like ours is commonplace. COVID-19 is possibly not helping the situation.
So with the benefit of some hindsight, my advice to EU travellers is simply this:
** Don't use Cabforce or other ride brokers
** Do some research; find a local taxi company. Or contact your destination and see if they can organise a taxi for you.
For example - if we had asked our holiday destination to organise a cab, they would have organised a cab at a negotiated rate of €170 each way. Cabforce's quote was close to €230 each way, and this was one of the more reasonable quotes. What are we paying for if they cannot organise it reliably?
I hope this review is of use to a traveller to Italy, or indeed anywhere in the EU, some day.

I want to get in touch with CabForce, I have booked a taxis from Krakow airport to my accommodation, because of the coronivirus the trip is not going ahead. I would like a refund. Can find no way of getting in touch with them. Very dissapointed customer. Is anyone else having the same problem
Horrible service from Cab Force
The driver did not wait for us in Sao Paulo CGH airport.He messaged us that there was heavy rain in SAO PAULO and he would not come.
He also suggested in whats app that you should get the refund back. we understand but getting the money back from cabforce was horrible.They have not even refunded my money.We had to take Uber to reach to Guaralhos airport.
Don't Use - No Way Of Contacting them when needed
DO NOT use this company. The driver was late picking us up from the airport and quite unfriendly. The company had put the wrong drop off/pick up location on our booking, fortunately the driver took us to our hotel but we were unable to contact them regarding our transfer back to the airport and had to catch a taxi from the hotel at extra cost to ourselves. Having complained about this, to Taxico on my return to the UK I was promised a refund but this has never been received. I was then informed to contact Cabforce/Car Trawler direct as they were dealing with the refund but there is no way of contacting them.
False information and no communication
Flight cancelled, advised them more than 15 ahead because they explain you would get a credit to postpone for a new taxi but of course they kept the money.... So I was kind enough to avoid a driver to come and wait for us with nothing in return. Sent several emails to complain and of course no answers. Avoid, time waisters

I do not normally write online reviews for anything, but after my experience with this company I felt compelled.
I spent just upwards of £70 on return transfers from Paris CDG airport to a hotel in central Paris.
After arriving at the airport at the booked time of 20:30, our driver was nowhere to be seen. A few phone calls to the driver later, it transpires that the driver himself had absolutely no idea he was supposed to be picking us up - as CabForce had not informed him. After attempting to ring CabForce in a panic 6 times over the space of 30 minutes, there was no answer. In the end, myself and my partner had to pay just over €20 to get the train into central Paris, followed by a 15 minute walk to reach our hotel - we did not arrive till 23:00 in the end, and almost missed check-in.
Fast forward 3 days - it was time for the return flight. Our transfer was booked from our hotel to the airport for 7am. Once again, no sign of a driver. Several phone calls to the driver and the company were met once again with no answer. This meant the exact same solution - over €20 spent on a train to reach the airport, however delays on our line meant we almost missed our flight home, causing huge stress for the both of us.
I cannot stress enough that you DO NOT book with this company. Not showing up TWICE after being paid over £70 for transfers is bad enough, but then to not have any form of customer support or even bother to answer the phone is just shameful. As mentioned previously, I do not normally write reviews for any companies whether I have a good or bad experience, but I do not want someone else having the same experience I had here, and the amount of stress and worry caused by this company.
Whether or not I receive my £70 back, or the additional €45 I had to spend on transport to replace the lack of a driver, remains to be seen. Based on the customer support experience received so far, I highly doubt it.
If you want any type of transfer, I implore you to look elsewhere.

I arrived in Paris in the middle of the transport and pensions strikes and was expecting the Taxi to be very late, other travelers were waiting over 1 hour. My taxi arrived only 10 mins late with a very apologetic Didier. What a gentleman from Translocab. Got us to the Hotel through very heavy traffic. On the way back we decided to get to CDG airport an hour earlier than booked. The company was very helpful with with and had no problem getting to the airport. First Class. Would certainly use again.
