I booked a transfer and they didn't wait for me literally 10 minutes after the agreed time. I am still waiting for my refund after two months. Absolutely disgraceful!

I booked online and paid, no trouble. The e mail said print off the attached voucher, i did, no trouble. On the day, i arrived late, Ryanair need I say more, and the driver was there to meet me, my name displayed on here mobile, and she took me to hotel 25 mins away, no trouble.
A week later, taxi arrived 15 mins early and took me to the airport, no trouble.
So no trouble means 5 stars.

I didn't actually book with them due to the fact they gave me quotes ranging from £46 - £270 for a 4 min journey.

No one is waiting for me at arrival. I should call to take contact to the driver.Then waited 10 min for the pick up. After 13 h flight it is annoing. i could get a taxi instead rightaway Car was clean with the drinking water, it was good.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. The taxi will not turn up, you will be charged and when you try any of the bogus contact numbers they've supplied you with, they don't answer. They'll even text you to say the driver is on their way and ask how you to rate their service... absolute scam, please avoid!

I booked two transfers of Cabforce - from airport to hotel and to airport from hotel. Drivers didn't come to any points so we had to take another taxi. personal from airport and hotel tried to phone to the compane and there wasn't any answer. So we lost 74 euros. This company is awful.

Nightmare from word go. Couldn't find driver. Rang no they couldn't get hold of him. Coming back they were due to pick me up at my flight time. Wanted 15 euros to change. Taxi price only 5 euros so told them to stick it. Badly organised. Will never use again. Let's see if they bother replying to my complaint. Won't hold my breath.

Never book a taxi with this company in advance. Taxi will not show up- Support will not answer to you. Unacceptable!

Collected from Alicante airport by a very punctual, smartly dressed driver who couldn't have been more helpful.
Transported 30 minutes direct to our holiday accommodation in a comfortable minivan.
Five star service at a very reasonable price

We used Cabforce for our arrival and departure from Athens this past May. Impeccable service, clean cars, courteous drivers. We each had a bottle of cold water waiting for us when we got in the cab. Nice touch. I highly recommend.

Used Cabforce from Heathrow today. Competitive pricing. Outstanding very mannerly driver, very clean and ample vehicle and best of all he waited for us for an extended period due to late flight arrival from Canada. They monitored our flight and Naz was in the terminal (AS PROMISED) waiting with our name on a signboard. We felt welcomed in an unfamiliar environment and he got us to our destination with no problems other than healthy London traffic downtown. Will be using the Cabforce contractor again in Paris and hope our experience is similar.......but the bar has been set. kudos to Naz! Please insure he is messaged this!

Used this company when I went to Italy, they screwed up on one of our pickups big time, and being with a 2 1/2 year old and pregnant wife isn't the best way to do things. They tried to give me assurance and return trip was handled better and was on time and where they were needed.
They gave us a gift certificate to use whenever for future service, with no expiration as a kind gesture. Of course when I tried to use they have merged with CARTRAWLER, took them five emails to respond to me and then they said we have merged and cannot help you with old promo codes. Sorry, hope to assist in future. Horrible!!!

I given Cabforce 5 stars, but this was due mostly to Bedriven in portugal, the service they provide, especially by the gentleman at the airport, was faultless, taken in a lovely estate car. Transfer with Cabforce was at least 30% cheaper then anywhere else.

Could not recommend highly enough. Booked private car from Alicante to Benidorm return. Excellent price, driver was waiting in arrivals, parked nearby and spot on time. Return driver was spot on time and was an absolute gentleman. Will definitely use again. Booked through skyscanner which seemed cheaper than any other site.

Got off the Eurostar and he was waiting at the gate with our name on an iPad, no time wasted looking around trying to find the way out or the parking garage.

He was very polite, opening the car doors for all, taking our luggage off us to put in the boot and even putting the seat back for my very tall boyfriend.
When we arrived at our hotel we rushed out to open our doors and helped us with our luggage.

Will definately book next time we are in Paris!

Terrible! Do not use! Charged us for a service that they don't give us. Booked transfers from Alicante airport, didn't show, been on phone to them numerous times, still no refund! Unacceptable! Disgrace of a company, taking people's money and leaving them strandard at an airport!

I booked train tickets to Paris for self and wife via the Eurostar website. Deciding that a pre-booked taxi to take us to the hotel would save time I noticed you could do this via the Eurostar website. In fact it transferred me to the Cabforce website. The booking procedure was straightforward enough and the paperwork detailed the usual contact numbers for Cabforce and the taxi company contact in the event of a problem.
We arrived on time at Gard Du Nord station, Paris but the taxi driver was nowhere to be seen. After 10 minutes of waiting and searching the station I called the taxi contact mobile number on the booking confirmation only to discover the number was not recognised! After several attempts ending in the same result I called Cabforce. After hanging on for a few minutes I got through to an advisor and explained the problem. He checked my details and said "ok I'm going to call the taxi company and find out where the driver is so just give me a minute" Now in my mind a minute is 60 seconds and giving the guy a few minutes to make the call etc is not unrealistic BUT after listening to music for 12 minutes with no feedback from him I assumed he wasn't coming back to me and so I hung up. After waiting a few more minutes in the hope he might call me back but didn't I decided to call them again. This time a female answered and after explaining the situation and my previous call she said "I just need to put you on hold for a second while I check with my colleague" NO DON'T DO THAT was my response but she did anyway. After several minutes of being on hold again without feedback I assumed there was a conspiracy going on and hung up! I waited a few minutes but no one called me back so I thought "third time lucky?" and rang them. Lo and behold I get the guy from the first call who was very apologetic spewing excuses about trying to contact the taxi company blah blah bull****. So where is my taxi?
Ah well he says it's now gone past the maximum 40 minute waiting time and we have to cancel the taxi!! So get me another! We can't do that as we have to book a taxi at least 4 hours before it's needed. Sorry sir you are on your own!
Do not use this company, they do not deserve to be be in business.
Also a message to Eurostar - do not promote this company it let's down your passengers!

Excellent taxi driver. Punctual. My name clearly displayed on board at station. Professional and safe driver. Would recommend to others and use this service again.

Very simple to book. When we arrived the driver was waiting with a nice car and drove directly to the hotel.
