Absolutely pointless company, could never find a driver, tried 4 times to get a taxi. .. how can the company improve? Read all the massively negative feedback on trustpilot as there are loads of stories of people being ripped off, stolen from and badly let down and do something to improve the service, because at the moment there is no service.
Total criminal behaviour
Total criminal behaviour. I booked to go the airport at 17.45. The driver called and said he couldn't arrive on time. I asked how long and he said a minimum of 30 mins. I had a flight to catch to Dubai. The driver told me to cancel (they should check their recorded chats). I did and was charged eur 15. Disgraceful and fraudulent. I am reporting Cabify to the bank and I expect my eur 15 returned to me in 24 hrs. I will NEVER use the service again. Total rip off.
Waste of Time
Utter rubbish and always a waste of time. You'll wait 20 minutes or more for your journey to be accepted - only for them to cancel. Otherwise, you'll have to then rebook the same trip with them but at an increased price. Wouldn't recommend this nonsense to anyone.
Unsafe - theft
When arrived to the airport and right after leaving the car I noticed I forgot a bag in the car. Contacted customer service for quick support (as the app was not giving me the option to contact him directly). He stated no bag was found in the car! Driver: Juan, Plate: 5128LTJ. Be careful with Cabify drivers!

Worst experience from a taxi app. They tell you its 2min away when booking and the it keeps saying you're in the queue for 10min.
Then when you try to cancel they won't refund you so you're stock there waiting.

Trying to setup an account (in UK) for travel to Spain. Using Google to login just returns 'Sorry. Some went wrong'. Using mobile number to register does not work as it fails to send SMS even though UK is listed in the App for correct international code. Managed to create account via Web cabify.com but the App still requires SMS validation of phone number, which repeatedly fails.Seems like anyone with a UK phone number cannot create a Cabify account.

I parked a block outside of their service zone but had no warning on the app, it simply charged me €75 and that was that. After complaining their service agent told me they can’t do anything, won’t escalate it to someone who can, and then just ignored any further messages. Impossible to find a contact to complain about that too! Avoid
Disappointing
I have been a user of Cabify for a while now and I never had any problem. Recently I booked a trip to the airport and they charged me almost three times more than the price that I had initially seen. They claimed it's due to high demand but I did not see that charge in the first place. After many days of asking for a refund they simply ignored my request. I am therefore no longer a customer.
Not very intelligent
Have been a user of the Cabify mopeds motos 2019 in Barcelona. Used the app in Madrid this weekend and had .€75 stolen from my bank account because supposedly I parked outside their operating area. The app gave me NO warning and NO option not to end the ride.
Complete lack of understanding from the customer “service” team.
So they’ve gained an extra €75 but lost a long term customer spending many hundreds of euros each year.

Booked a taxi in Barcelona, was supposedly 2 minutes away after 25 minutes the drive messaged and cancelled no explanation. Screenshot the message, still got charged company wouldn't return money or had any interest that I had proof that the driver cancelled. Other people had the same experience. Use at your own peril.

i used it 2 years ago in spain
but been trying to. use it for colombia....the apllicacion is a nightmare cant change number or creditcard.......
contacted customer service althoght u can log in online ...on applicacion you cant .....had to cancel accont ....i read other reviews....alot people go thru same....too bad

I would give them -1 if I could. I was waiting for them 30 minutes in Seville at 46 degrees with three children under age of 11. They kept saying they were working in a driver who would be with us shortly. They charged my card but never showed up. Terrible company. Do not trust them.
Driver driving by me without noticing,
I ordered a taxi in Fuengirola and went to the street to wait. The driver drove by, did not look at me at all, drove around the corner and canceled the ride while I was running after him.

Really disappointed with the Cabify…
Really disappointed with the Cabify service recently. I have been using this taxi app for over a year but I’ve had a lot bad experiences recently. Last night I was quoted €8 for my journey home. For some reason when I completed my journey I was charged an charge of €4.58 for a “high demand “ cost. I have talked to customer service but they insisted that you have to press an information button when ordering to see the hidden costs. I still don’t understand why your quoted a price but charged a different one.

After waiting for more than 15 minutes when the driver finally arrived,he just didn't want to pick me because I had a crying newborn. I was supposed to go to the hospital. He left and I was anyway charged for the trip.
My husband and I use the same card
My husband and I use the same card, for some reason they blocked our accounts and said they would be in touch. We have uploaded all the requested information to resolve the issue and have tried to get in touch in multiple ways but it is imposible.
Very bad service..
Very bad service... I always used them and provided good business. I reserved a night cab to the airport for 04:45. The driver arrived earlier, waited a bit, didn´t even call and then charged 15 euros.... will never use them again as it´s a principle matter.
