I ordered 2 custom sets of cables ... waited so long to get it , and when I got it ... they simply did not work , I open a ticket ... they told me to cut the cables and show them proof ... I did what they said and still did not received other cables , I am never trusting this brand ever again , just use the cables that come with your power supply .

Absolute horror - bought ONE custom cable in "EU store" (whatever that means) and waiting since 2 MONTHS to get it. It's still not ready and in process. The non-helping customer service assures me (2 weeks ago) that it's being processed hence cannot be canceled anymore. So they need 2 weeks to produce one cable - cable company!? (obviously lying as they are not willing to cancel the order!). I'm a fool to not have read reviews prior to placing the order. You should shut down your incompetent production.

This has to be one of the worst company and probably most expensive one. Bought a full set of cables , eventually one of my sata cable got broken , after they made me cut my cable and promise me to send me a replacement , which i never received btw , i had 0 response from them , i talked with Nikola , Alex and none of them solve my issue. Paying 150 € for bad quality cables is not good way to do business.
Edit: Since the people from cablemod try to justify every my post , this thing is going on for more than 6 months , my warranty expired now , you couldn't solve this in 6 months and now you can ? lian li sent my every replacement in 2 weeks top , shameless company you are

Some of the worst customer service I have ever received. Received a coupon code for a 90 degree 12vhpwr adapter, the ones that were ruining 4090s. I then find I can’t use it at Overclockers so I look on th e Cablemod website and discover with postage I might as well just buy the replacement from Overclockers as it isn’t much different. I wouldn’t have bought from cable mod if it wasn’t from OCUK in the first place but I thought I will try and use the coupon. I’m attempting to place the order there website rejected my choice of payment but used the code so I now can’t use the code they sent me. I contact customer services making it clear the code was the problem. After numerous emails it still isn’t fixed and in the very last email I received the person responding finally realised the issue was with the code and not the payment type. Never again will I use this company.

It's great to have lots of beautiful products on display but it would be nice to receive them!!
I ordered a 12VHPWR adapter on October 5 and to this day (it's November 16) I still haven't received it!
The support contacted several times has the only response "thank you for waiting" and does not offer any solution to satisfy the customer.
I think that a month and a half is far too long to receive a product and I have the right to request the cablemod product and not be satisfied with a "thanks for waiting".

Bought a set of custom extensions.
First of all, the cables DO look pretty nice but the quality is unconvincing giving the price of over 120bucks for
1x 24-pin
1x CPU eps
2x GPU Pcie

The combs are kinda useless since there is almost no grip on the wires.
Also the cables are pretty stiff so they could've been more attentive when it comes to packaging them. Seriously for that price this should be a no go to get the cables in such a manner that you can use them without further problems, but no they are bent into the wrong direction which makes them look like s*t once installed, if you dont massage them for half an hour to straigthen them out.

Overall not worth it for that price and especially not the shipping time of > 3-4 weeks

Great company i have bought custom cables from them for a couple years now, recently i had an RTX 4090 that had their 90 degree adapter melt to it and the manufacture refused to honor the warranty, cablemod came to the rescue and refunded me the full amount of my graphics card, after they did that i bought more cables from them and plan to keep doing so for future builds!

custom cable and adapter melted my gpu, had to aruge with cable mod for 3months to get refund. they still refuse to accept there was any issue.
avoid at all cost.

If I could give a zero, I would. Dealt with Matt directly (Head customer service guy). After lying to me about when my order was dispatched (Was different from all available tracking info and even on their own site) he then wouldn't respond to my inquiries.

He might respond to this review with some garbage but there will be no proof.

Don't use this company, just read their sites disclaimer and see how they will not take any responsibility if anything goes wrong in any regards, even though they say they will in their comments on reviews and on reddit.

Their cables sucks and cheap quality + they support terror organizations and refuse to reply when being asked about it

Cable lasted only couple of days, very low quality.

i am from israel, live in israel, have ordered twice this year, as always , i fill out my info at checkout, select my country from the list, today (12/10/2023), i look for israel on the list, and its no longer there, however, PALESTINIAN TERRITORY is on the list, cablemod says the couriers decide what can be shipped and not, just to be clear, even if an item is ordered to the palestinian territory in the west bank, it needs to land at the only international airport in israel ! (ben gurion airport) , someone at cablemod did this intentionally, NO WAY last month israel was on the list and now all of a sudden its deleted, i call BS !

The cables look nice from the outside, but they are of poor quality. I ordered 3x8-pin cables for my GPU. Some of the cables were 'split in two,' it feels like a makeshift job from a garage. The GPU was underpowered. I had to use the cables that came with my power supply. In short, I will never order from them again!

Caution!!
They burnout, assemblies used to be good, now very sub-standard.
Brading came away from suspect cable early in the install, later heated up and burnt out my £1000 GPU power.

I have used CableMod custom cables in the past. I must be getting old because I had problems when I ordered a few years ago. For as few supplies needed (connector,wire,terminal pins,sleeving). They never have any of them and always waiting in China to make or source the parts and make the cables. The way they talk you would think they have a sleeving mine and they have to dig everything out of the ground.

Horrible "customer service" and a strict no-returns policy, combined with often-poorly-described products. They are based in Hong Kong, which means that shipping is *very* expensive and precludes any sort of service after the sale. I would highly recommend instead going with a reputable company that is based closer to where you live. They shipped me the wrong connector and when I wanted to return it, refused and even advised me to "just sell it on eBay". Does that sound like a professional organization?
