Cakenflowers is my first choice to send any suprise gifts to my loved ones when i am away from them. Its really worth it.

I order and pay from 7th July to delivered to jeddah on 20th July around 10 am - 12 pm, one day before delivered i just remember about my order but they not replay anything, and until 6pm jeddah time still not sent my order

I text them and asking about my order from morning until 6pm very slow respon and not respon my chat

Really they ruined my surprise

Also they wrong give message on cake also on gretting card

Ordered a cake, flowers, chocolates, Mylar balloons and a teddy bear sent to Saudi Arabia for $336 US dollars.

They sent the wrong cake, no flowers, no Mylar balloons, no teddy bear and only the chocolates were correct.

They said “sorry flowers and Mylar balloons not available”.

No refund, no explanation and no late delivery of flowers and balloons like I requested.

Not a Happy Birthday at all.

Very disappointed 😭.

I found Cake n Flowers online. I had to order flowers from out of state. Was able to contact 'Cake n Flowers on Whatsapp. Their responsiveness to my messages and calls to clarify the details of what I needed is greatly appreciated. The flower arrangement was beautiful, and the delivery was speedy. They sent me pictures of the flowers they were delivering and confirmed to me after the flowers were delivered. Their rate was fair and worth it. Very happy with this transaction.
