I received excellent customer service and quality from Cake flowers.com and highly recommend them for local or international orders and delivery. I live in Jamaica W.I. and was able to order a beautiful purple orchid and birthday balloons for my best friend who lives in The United Arab Emirates. From answering my pre- order questions on their live chat to sending me pictures of available fresh stock, I was able to communicate with them through WhatsApp and email at every step of the transaction. Prior to delivery, I was able to see the card and finished product and received delivery confirmation. I recommend them without reservation. The awesome customer service I received from Tashya was outstanding.
