These guys are criminals. Order not received - no response despite numerous emails and WhatsApp messages (the only way to contact them) It has completely ruined an event. DON"T GO NEAR THEM. CRIMINALS!

Ordered magnets for a theatrical production. Due to arrive 27th to 29th June. Still on the 30th June it's impossible to get hold of anyone to check and they are not despatched. Still shows as "PREPARING THE PRODUCTION" and "AWAITING SHIPMENT" . They are to present to cast on 2nd July so will be too late!

Ordered multiple items.
They arrived exactly on the previously mentioned date. (Even if it got stuck at customs for a few days. Never happened before but the last times shipping happened from spain. This time from croatia.)
Quality was good.
I ordered before and will again.

Camaloon sent my order to Canada!! I am in the UK! it was a repeat order, the initial order did arrive and was fine. The repeat order was sent to the wrong country. I have filled out their online contact form at least twenty times in the last month informing them of their mistake, with pictures of the tracking. I have received no response. i attempted to content them on WhatsApp and was told to... you guessed it, fill out the online complaint form!

Service was quick and uncomplicated, the print quality however was only average.

Easy customization, fair prices and fast delivery!

Ordered on April 7 and still have not received my order and customer service does not respond ..

Quality is really great, expected much worse. Sadly, it takes so long to deliver. But the quality is worth the time.

Terrible Service!
Ordered some magnets on 4th April. Delivery should have been 15th April. Heard nothing apart from a standard automated confirmation email. Magnets have not arrived. Spoke to a lady on the phone who said that they had not even started production yet. We now can not use the magnets, as the delivery is too late, and will miss our events.
Asked for a refund, fingers crossed! Otherwise will be taking this matter further.

I appreciate that I could order only a small number of biros. Other companies have minimum amounts of 50 or more pieces. And quality was very good.

I orderd from Camaloon and payed for express delivery. It was due to arrive the 28th of feb. As I´m writing this it is the 14th of mrach...
I contacted their support and they were gonna get back to me about my order, still nothing. And haven´t recived any money back..
DO NOT USE CAMALOON if you actually need your printed items

I've been using Camaloon to get bulk orders of promotional badges for six years now. In the last year their service has gone dramatically downhill. They still make a quality product, but their customer service has proved to be terrible.

The last straw for me was placing an order in January, paying the extra cost for expedited shipping (still due to take two weeks to arrive), and then finding out several days after the expected delivery date that the order still hadn't even been shipped. Upon contacting our account manager, he initially lied and said it had already been delivered, then when pushed he stated it was going to be delivered a few days later. By mid February I still didn't have the badges so I asked for a refund on the extra cost I'd paid for expedited shipping (which seemed very reasonable to me given the circumstances), only to be told this wasn't possible. Eventually he stopped replying to my emails altogether, I then sent a complaint through the website that also got no response. The badges showed up at the end of February, seven weeks after I ordered them. I've heard nothing since.

Whilst the badges remain of a high quality, I have no further intention of spending my money with a company with such terrible communication and that treats long-standing customers with zero respect.

Very happy with everything and also how quick they work.

Easy and convenient ordering process, great product quality!

Camaloon has been horrendous. I placed a business order with them, had to chase the account manager as they had left. No one had picked up the order after that. I had to do a lot of chasing and calling to even get the order through to production.

I was promised and paid for the delivery to arrive on a certain date, which it did not. The account managers stopped replying to emails and taking phone calls.

Once the item was ready, it was no longer required. However I asked them to ship it anyways, to then be told some malarkey about custom charge etc.

This entire order and experience was horrendous and I would never use nor recommend other to use CAMALOON.

REFUND NOT RECEIVED
Items were ordered and paid for on 10th Oct 2021 and on 13th Oct I was told the Items were out of stock.
I requested the order be cancelled and a refund issued on 14th Oct. On the 18th Oct the order was cancelled.
I have chased many times but still haven't received the refund. Now the Camaloon seem to be ignoring all my emails!
Now in the hands of my bank.
Such bad service Camaloon - Grrrrrrrrrrr! :(

my order of tote bags NEVER ARRIVED £100 ! ORDERED IN AUGUST. ITS NOW NOVEMBER.

Ordered aluminium water bottles - got an email asking if I would take NEON yellow.
Had DHL contact me re the unpaid duty (genuine call / email - verified by going to the DHL website etc).
Chased today after 6 weeks and the flasks had not been handed over to DHL yet - just the shipping documentation! DO NOT USE THIS SITE EVER

There phones are not answered except by automated voice telling me opening times (which I am calling between).

No response to emails.
