Not connected yet, but product looks excellent.
Product now connected. Looks great, excellent water pressure with six jets & rain shower head going at the same time. One jet did not tighten to control direction of spray. Contacted Hudson who responded without any hassle and will be sending a new jet. Totally recommend.

The screws in the box is for cement wall,but we do need screws for wood.

For the third time fantastic service. Ordered 2 large radiators on late Thursday and received them very early the next Monday morning.
Considering we are in Northern Alberta, Canada and used to long shipping times, this was a fantastic experience once again. Everything is already installed and working fine.

Update:
I installed my radiant heater this week without a problem. I had a minor leak at one of the fittings (my fault) and had to tighten the union a bit. I was trying to protect the crime finish. My wife thought it looked like had always been there.
This is the fourth heater from Hudson Reed I have purchased and they have all been great. The new packaging is also better at protecting during shipment. Would definitely purchase again if I require more heaters.

I am very happy with my purchase, I will defiantly be buying more. Fast shipping it only took a couple days to get here.

Product is nice and works well. Expensive to fix and parts take some time to receive ($80CAD for a replacement cartridge, including shipping). Kind of frustrating having two plumbing calls (one to diagnose and one for repair) to fix since the parts are not locally available.

Overall, I'm happy with the product. Parts, service and warranty need some work for me to purchase another fixture of this brand in the future.

Plumber made mention a few times that brands they represent have a lifetime warranty.

Edit: Please provide a 'reply' option to respond to your additional information requests below. Your time offset from PST does not work well for me or when trying to get service on the product as you support closes prior to my plumber's appointment once (lesson one learned there). This is one of the problems with service. Another problem with service is delivery time - could you please look at my order date, ship date and receive date for the cartridge? Do you feel it is adequate to be without a cartridge for a week? Do I really need to provide this information when it is available to you?

How much more documentation and time of mine do you need?

Ordered a shower kit, delivery was fast, quality of the product was great and the price was very competitive. I bought during a 15% off sale but the 15% didn't automatically come off during check out. I emailed them and they replied within hours and credited me the discount right away without hassle. I'd buy from HudsonReed again.

What we ordered came quickly. We have not installed the bench yet but it looks good.
