Received the towel warmer last week. It will be installed in the next two weeks, so I cannot speak about how well it works,but I can say that the service was excellent, delivery was very fast- 5 days to Toronto. The workmanship and quality of the chrome is excellent.

I would have given 5 stars as the products are always beautiful and of very high quality however, the company stated that it's free shipping yet when I went to pick it up, I was charged $28.18 COD. Nowhere does it stipulate that there are any additional charges. So for this, 3 stars is all I can give. If you say free shipping, it means you do t pay anything g extra.

Ordered a towel warmer radiator & shower system. Order got separated & came by 2 different carriers. Towel warmer arrived in 3 days. Looks great. Plumber looking forward to installing (house in early stages of build). Shower system got returned at the boarder as the document to clear customs was forgotten, so said the carrier. Quick email to relay info. Got reply email next business day of solution. Item arrived 1 1/2 wks later. Will order more in future.

We purchased our shower system several years ago from the UK. It was cutting edge in both style function and we have been extremely pleased with it. Recently we had to replace a part having mislaid the original paperwork. The customer service team went above and beyond to identify the part we need and, once we ordered it, it was delivered in two days. Fabulous service.

We haven't opened the package yet but so far so good.

The goods supplied were excellent but the delivery carrier was less than satisfactory. They required me to arrange to have the parcel picked up in Cobourg although I live miles away and at 88 I'm no longer fit to drive. I think we might not use DHL as the courier another time.

Small delay in shipping due to missing commercial invoice. The team at HR quickly resolved it after I raised the issue. Have not yet installed the product, but based on my plumber's comments, it should work great.

Please better package your products. I would like to purchase more radiators but hesitant to do so due to dents, scratches and chipped paint.

Had to call in credit card which was easy via till free number. Item shipped with U.K. standard type hardware so be sure to specify if you need a conversion kit. Item itself is top notch. Excellent quality for price. Very heavy feel and smooth movement.
