I tried over 1 month to get my medicine…

I tried over 1 month to get my medicine from them they use all kinds of excuse but dont send the medicine. They reason they offer it for less must be that they never send the medicine in my opinion. I still have not recieved a refund their customer service is below par and I would not request medicine you need to save your life from them
Let the patient beware.

Wait for ozempic 3 months.They don’t…

Wait for ozempic 3 months.They don’t charge me.Finally they try took my money from suspicious site ,and my bank of course blocked this transaction.After 3 times take money for ozempic(its was 1 time per 1,5 weeks),they cancel my order.

They claim to ship in 5-7 days

They claim to ship in 5-7 days. Yet my order was placed st the end of December and as of february 10th has still not shipped. When I contact customer service, I get canned pre-made responses. When I keep pushing, they blame it on the strike that ended more than a month ago with their postal service.
I guess the sale they offered at the end of the year was just a ploy and they are hoping I will cancel so they don't have to give me the 25% off. I can't think of any other reason to delay processing my simple basic order for 2 months.

Waiting over a month for a refund/no answers

UPDATE: After multiple calls and emails, I finally heard back from Candian Insulin. It turns out that, despite their statements to the contrary, they are not able to issue me a refund. They offered a store credit or suggested that I dispute the charge with my bank and they would not contest it. I chose the latter. I am extremely disappointed by the customer service and process at Canadian Insulin. I will be exploring other avenues to file official complaints.

My medication got caught up in the Canadian postal strike. Given that I needed the medication, I asked Canadian Insulin to cancel my order, so that I could get it elsewhere. Unfortunately, they could not pull it back from the distribution process. However, Canadian Insulin agreed to a refund if I returned the package. My refund request went in on 12/13/24. They told me that all I had to do was "refuse delivery" when the package came. When the strike was over, the package arrived, and I refused delivery. The package was sent back on 12/23/24. I have yet to receive my refund, but moreover, any information about when I would get the refund. There is a firewall that exists between staff that face customers and the billing department/management, so all the customer service reps can do is tell me they will look into it and "send a note" to billing/management.

I’ve ordered from this company for…Ozempic

I’ve ordered from this company for ozempic. The first time I ordered I was so impressed with their customer service, so very helpful. I ordered a second time but due to the Canadian Postal strike they couldn’t ship it out and I decided not to use this medication at this time. I called on 12/5, was able to cancel the order with no problem and was told to expect a refund of $816.93 US in 5-7 days. I called approximately 8 days later, and once again they told me the refund should be issued promptly. It’s now been another 10 days and still no refund. For this reason I’ve changed my review from 5 stars to 1 star.

I use Canadian Insulin for six months…

I use Canadian Insulin for six months without too much problem. However, for the last six weeks, I’ve not been able to get an appointment with their one online doctor. So I can’t get my prescription at all. US doctors will not send a prescription to Canada so you’re out of luck there too add to that Canadian Insulin does not have any answers as to why this delay is taken place. I am currently searching for other options. Do not use these people!

Unless you don't need your meds for 30 days, don't order from Canadian Insulin.

Order # 80498 One more thing….and this is huge. I wrote a review after placing my first order, which was not good. It never was published on the website, they only post good reviews. So misleading, no different than bait and switch.

Original review: I don't know why I gave this company another, the first time around was painfully slow and lacked communication.

Placed my order on January 15, then they had to cancel because of a credit in shipping that they were waiting for me to advise whether i want a website credit or credit to my account. Ended up canceling the order and creating a new on the 22nd. Wait for the order, or a shipment notification, nothing. I called again around Feb 1st and they had not processed the order with pharmacy or something. So they did that step and said it would ship. Yet again, no communication, or shipment nofication. Called again on the 10th and was advised that the RX could not be shipped because the RX was in my wifes name and the account was under me. This wasn't a problem the first time I ordered. So I had to get on the phone and convert the account in my name to my wife's so they could ship. And by the way, I paid for expediting shipping. Don't waste your money on expediting. Finally, on Feb 13the order showed it was processed. and there was a tracking order. By the way, they are not an actual pharmacy, they are a 3rd party. They neglect to say this, one of many reasons why the are slow. Finally, as part of an expedited shipment, they said the shipment would in 3-5 days. Per the tracking #, it will be 7-10.
