I wanted to share my incredibly positive experience purchasing a Chatr (Rogers) SIM card through Canadasim.
Frankly, my past encounters with online SIM providers had left me skeptical, and I initially had no intention of committing to a plan. However, everything changed when Kunal Sharma called me after I'd submitted a request on their website.
Kunal’s professional, patient and cooperative nature was remarkable. He provided a comprehensive, accurate and step by step overview of the plan and assured me of his continuous support even after the purchase. And because of this exceptional customer service experience, I not only decided to buy a plan for myself but ended up purchasing one for my dad as well(both e-sims). The pricing was also competitive.
Since then, I've been using the issued SIM for over two months now without any issues, and during this Kunal has consistently been prompt in addressing my inquiries. Everything has been working as explained and expected.

I haven’t activated the SIM yet as I plan to use it after arriving in Canada, but I want to share my positive experience so far.
