The service contract process was smoothly and satisfactory, but I found out that they activated two accounts on my behalf and I was not aware of it until I logged into the app to pay my bill. I had a really bad time trying to solve this issue by myself directly with Fido cause Canadian Sim support was unreachable. Beware of this and check your accounts with Fido as soon as you get the confirmation email.
