Really simple application process
Really simple application process, great app with the ability to have multiple cards for my team and virtual cards with great controls on spend limits etc. Not used the bill pay yet, but love that feature. Very tempted to go pro for the extra points.

RBS charge me for having a card
RBS charge me for having a card, then RBS told me they were closing my card because I'd moved my main bank account away from RBS. Capital on Tap pay me 1% to use their card!
