Exceptional Service Hollie
I delt with Hollie from Car Cash Point todayand I must just say what a pleasure it was. She was helpful, knowledgeable and extremely friendly , she really made the experience pain free and easy. Hollie went as far as to help me with getting a refund sorted out as I over paid , truly refreshing to have such a great service delivered to me. The Ronseal of the collection profession
I just don't get some of the negative reviews! Their collection team has always been exceptional, highly professional and I always receive a prompt response. They are a pleasure to speak with, especially Hollie, who takes her time to explain everything clearly. They are , they do exactly as they say on the tin (over the phone). Any review you see here that is above 1 star?.. is a lie! This is the worst loan company you can EVER use! Do NOT use them! Extortionate rates that are hidden until it’s too late… use at your own RISK. They responded by saying “ my third loan “ which is outrageous! I repeat use at your own risk.. you have been warned
