I needed an account set up for my new role so that I could DBS applications for my team, and the team at Care Check organised this very quickly for me. I had then noticed a typo in my name (unusual spelling of name) and Sarah sorted this so promptly.

The site is so easy to use and very user friendly and I would recommend to everyone.

Fantastic customer service experience with Elisha. My company is relatively new to the Care Check platform. I encountered some technical issues(100% operator error) which i required assistance with. I contacted customer support, Elisha took my call and walked me through the issue, stayed on the call until the issue was fully resolved. Elisha was ultra-patient and really good to deal with.

I really rate this company. They make the whole process so easy for doing DBS checks on future employees. Their support process is also great - always an actual person available to speak to and they get things resolved immediately. Definitely highly recommend CareCheck

Great after care support when trying to refresh our Charities DBS checks.
Online guides and info tips were really helpful but then when we needed additional support Sarah was quick to respond and help us with our questions and get us back on track. cant fault the service.

I called Chloe Emptage regarding a DBS query, she listened, and we were able to resolve an issue that had been to and fro for a while within a quick chat. This was followed up immediately with confirmation and a partial refund. Great.
