Andrew CareCo Bristol store was more than helpful,I need reassurance the scooter I had chosen would fit in to my car boot he happily demonstrated how to take it out and put it back together, I was able to then complete the in and out of the boot myself

Wonderful visit to the new Stockton on Tees store. We went to purchase a rise and recline chair that I had seen online, in the sale. Sehrish came to assist us. She was very friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. She figured out our budget and recommend several chairs to try. We didn't feel rushed at all. I made my choice and then we had a good look at the fold up scooters.

She gave me a catalogue to take home. Then we paid for my chair. I highly recommend this place. It's huge and has plenty of things to try . Might pop in just for a chat with Sehrish because She's lovely.

Careco sells excellent products for those of us that need that extra assistance. However, having to pay the delivery fee, rather than having a free click and collect service does add to the price, especially difficult when on a tight budget.

I went into the Nottingham store to have a look at my options for a mobility scooter. Caroline Goode gave advice about which model would be most suitable for my needs. Caroline demonstrated how to dismantle and reassemble mobility scooters I was interested in and advised on weights. Once I decided on the Li-Tech spectrum the purchase process was easy. My scooter arrived the following day. I’m delighted with it up to now.

I was dealt with by Haydon who came over to us when we were looking at support rails for toilets. He was very helpful and showed us various products. He was pleasant, professional and listened to what our needs were and offered useful advice.

Sara was lovely and although we initially were looking at a £800 scooter decided in the end to go for a £1,399 one. Was impressed that at no point did Sara ‘guide’ us to a more expensive one. A truly genuine lady.

David Wall went above and beyond to track down the last one of a mobility scooter which had been discontinued for me. He had to search up and down the country for it. David was extremely knowledgeable, patient and understanding. He really is a credit to Care Co. Thank you David. Glynis Thomas

The sales person was excellent , not pushy and listened to my requirements and then showed what was available according to my needs.

The guy who served us was lovely and very polite . We got to the till area and another member of staff seemed to take the micky out of our salesman. He said haha only got shower mats . I would of thought all sales no matter how much were welcomed . That was the first time I had been in your store and felt uncomfortable after that .

A lot of friendly help and advice without feeling pressured. A good range of products to meet all needs at a wide range of prices.
