Lovely helpful staff, Laura was very patient and knowledgeable, didn't feel pressured or rushed into buying. The showroom was nicely set out with us able to look round easily. No problem parking.

Excellent service
Extremely happy with the face-to -face service we received at CareCo Leicester. The sales advisor was very professional, helpful and knowledeable of the various products and my elderly mother was able to try out different walkers in the showroom. The advisor even asked to see the boot of my car to check whether the item we were purchasing would easily fit in the boot.

Visited the Leeds West Yorkshire…
Visited the Leeds West Yorkshire showroom for 1st time and we were greeted by all the friendly staff Laura was brilliant, very patient friendly and couldn't do enough to make us feel at ease, showed us several mobility scooters and allowed us to test drive outside in car park. Although we were not ready to purchase a scooter there was no pushy attempt and even advised to look around, if we do purchase we will be going back here, genuine staff and knowledgeable

Great customer service
Fantastic customer service from Heather. She took time to find out what we needed and advised accordingly. No heavy pressure at any point, meaning we were able to take time to find exactly what we needed. Eventually purchased a Vega RS8 which is working well.
