My son bought me a walker because recently had a fall. I am really satified with product,

Didn’t have the chair I wanted to try in showroom so I trusted reviews &ordered on line through staff @ warrington showroom. Needn’t have worried whole experience through to an excellent delivery service brilliant. Chair exceeds expectations & I am more than happy with both the quality of it & the value & the whole experience with the company ,would highly recommend.

The Ferndown store was very helpful particularly the South African guy that served us and all the equipment and furniture has been of very good quality. I would recommend going there.

Always have had disabled stuff from careco lovely lady in our llansamlet branch near swansea looked after us on this occasion this time we only needed a surewalk walking stick which we are pleased with however they did not have the proper bag which you see on the internet to carry the stick when not in use bit disappointed with that however staff are ok

I ordered my dad a walker with a seat and shopping basket and he loves it, it's sturdy and easy to push and helps with his walking ( he's 90). It only took a day to arrive, was well packaged and the price was good. Fantastic company to deal with, would highly recommend.

We were served by Maxine in the Eastbourne store located in Hillier garden centre.
Maxine went above & beyond helping us to pick a wheelchair suitable for my husband to use.
She also advised it was just important for the person putting the wheelchair in the boot of the car to check the weight of the wheelchair was ok to lift, which was something we hadn’t even considered beforehand.
Husband tried a wheelchair while there, was happy with what he tried so we ordered it.
Happy with the service & how helpful Maxine was.

Good staff member who ensured we understood the limitations of the product. Gave us plenty of time.
