Very calm and caring staff, only disappointment York store does not seem to carry much stock of small kitchen living aids.
Michael was v well informed and made sure we had all the information to enable us to make an informed decision. Excellent service
Th e approach to the store easy access welcoming good display and a pleasant comunication with Robbie the assistant
I have just bought a wheelchair for my wife. Peter at Care Co Oxford made sure I knew all about it and what wheelchair options there were. All done with the minimum of fuss and with lots of smiles.
Fantastic customer service from Heather. She took time to find out what we needed and advised accordingly. No heavy pressure at any point, meaning we were able to take time to find exactly what we needed. Eventually purchased a Vega RS8 which is working well.
Very helpful. So polite too. It’s the third time I’ve used Careco (Milton Keynes branch).
Assistant was very helpful and knew what we needed
Very helpful gentlemen called Graig. Assisted me with what I was looking for through to purchase
I have just ordered a recliner chair by phone.
I am not usually comfortable on the phone but Lorna made it so easy, no gobbledegook nor hard sell, just clear and concise guidance in a friendly manner.

Jayne at Warrington was lovely, greeting us as we entered the store, was very informative and gave us very good advice. She was friendly in every way. Would definitely go back in the future!!
Service in the shop was very good as well as quick and professional.
I ordered a small, one off item. It was a great price and delivery was quick. However, after that, I regularly got a fast catalogue delivered to my address. I tried to return to sender, but they still came. Finally, I got round to calling them to cancel the catalogue deliveries. I wish I'd done it sooner - all that wasted paper 😔
Lovely lady could not of demonstrated the instructions of folding and putting together better also let us put in car folded to make sure we could manage
Baught my scooter here it was a pleasure to meet your staff i couldn’t have asked for any better treatment than I had I wanted a bag to go on the back of my scooter got one no problem again staff great I would advise anyone to go to the Warrington shop
Goskia is a brilliant tutor! The outside area is very suitable to drive on. The inside area is spacious and has rows of stock, (Will come back for a sofa as so much choice compared to standard furniture store,)
The little route around the right corner was a confidence giving exercise. The paperwork took ages and I was exhausted anyway.. Little touches like the cold drinks add to the friendly atmosphere of all the ground floor. (Felt we were very lucky to be the only clients, when we had been visualising the car park being full. (one small point - the notice on the 131 ,we went around more than once and down towards Chelmsford - second sign would help!)
