Easy booking
Easy booking. Had to make a change and canceling then rebooking was easy. Good customer service when I called. So far so good. Hopefully pickup and drop off are just as easy.

Terrible customer service
I booked Drivalia through carjet.. I was collecting at Bristol airport and my flight was delayed which made my pick up time late by 75 mins. I couldn't ring as I was on the plane.. when I landed my booking was cancelled and no other cars available.. told by drivalia to go through carjet.. No help at all from carjet, I had to book last minute with another company and can get nothing back from carjet who think it's reasonable for an airport pickup to only give 1 hour courtesy collect..

We booked a car via their website.
CarJet provided us with a Rental voucher.
Rental company refused to honour the Voucher.
CarJet took our money and left us stranded at the airport.
CarJet REFUSED to refund the money.

Hidden Charge
When I printed off the voucher after I made the booking I noticed in the terms and conditions something about an extra charge if the car is returned dirty. I’ve never come across this before and why isn’t it highlighted before the booking. Obviously the car is not going to be as clean after a weeks hire. Why are you trying to pass on a hidden charge ?
