Had the front room, hall way and stairs done first. The stairs had striped carpet which was fitted evenly and in line. Looked spectacular. The hallway had plain grey. The front room had a more expensive, more luxurious grey carpet fitted. The front room carpet started to get stiff and bobbly in the doorway very quickly ( 2weeks) I called them back twice and they agreed that it wasn’t right. I wanted the carpet replaced but they have not come back to rectify this problem. The carpet now feels awful. I paid a lot of money for this particular room to be carpeted. I also had my son’s bedroom carpet replaced which was done in a really professional way. They bought lots of samples for him to choose from and were really patient and understanding towards him.
I just wish they would rectify my front room carpet.

I needed my entire house done, but in stages. Carpet King offered a great service. I had to change the date a few times due to the nature of organising it around painting & decorating and budget constraints. They were flexible, reliable and professional. Our house now looks amazing, at a reasonable cost! Thank you.

We were so impressed with the job the fitters did on our stairs and landing. They did such a great job matching the stripey pattern with the walls and surrounds - so skillful.

Carpet King have been to fit carpets three times for me.
One time was fitting a striped carpet to my stairs on three floors.They made the run of the stripe look perfect with bends and landings all looking great.
The guys worked very hard,moving furniture around their fitting ,which they did quickly and the carpets looked lovely when all done.

Visited the store, staff friendly and helpful, booked someone to measure up for us. Measurer appeared and assured us a quote would be with us soon.
A week later I had to chase the quote which then arrived with no breakdown of costs and felt like a figure plucked out of the air and much higher than we expected (had similar carpets fitted elsewhere recently so able to compare price)
