Great service ordered on a Monday and fitted by the Friday , great quality carpet and friendly staff

Very disrespectfull staff wasnot happy with what i brought from shop so tried to return the dinning table back manager totally refused and made my fun laughing at the way i was speaking english as english is not my first language .i will never buy anything frim carpet mills maidstone

Our floors were never finished. We paid for our flooring in cash and 75% of the job was done and now we can't get the owner to commit to a time to come back and finish the job. My husband took off numerous days from work to be home for the installation and we had to call the store to confirm they were coming on the day and time scheduled, they would confirm and then not show up! Not to mention they used our tools, took laminate we paid for and didn't return it for the closet that needs finished, and were messy (beverage cans/bottles left all around)! We are selling our home and are embarrassed by our flooring, the thresholds are unfinished and very uneven, there are closets left undone, seams in the bathroom that need to be sealed, and crevices in the dining room and kitchen that need filled... I wish we would have gone with a different flooring place because now we have to figure out how to finish the job ourselves. We spent thousands thinking we would get a finished product - don't be fooled by warranties and guaranties, they'll take your money and run.
