I'm really sorry to have spent many hours to no avail. also having spent 60 USD (expenses 190 USD)on a product that I have no options to use or resell. i feel like i have thrown money on the street. It should be "Plug & Play". Have tried to update again, without success. The adapter has displayed a carplay logo for 2 sec. when it works best. Falls out of sync after a short time each time.
Normal procedure will be that you send a return label, so we do not have to pay for shipping.
Unfortunately, I have read that they are not good at refunding money.
I used PayPal on my purchase and it has been shown that I can get a full refund by sending the item back. My expense on this item is duty 30 USD and further return cost 30 USD. That is 130+30+30 USD minus 60 USD in expenses for this trade.

I bought an adapter from this company to my, according to them, compatible Car.
The adapter they send me was broken from the time I received it, I have spent hours with their support which in the end told me that the product was broken.
Now they want me to pay more than $50 to refund it to China, and cheat the custom clearings by valuing the prodcut lower than the actually price.

It's a US based company, but they refuse to tell you that they send their product from china.
The product can be bought with another name on the adapter for less than the half price from the same factorys that make this one.

Do NOT buy from this company! If any problems appears, you will be left with a demand to pay more than the products worth in fees and shippingcosts!

Worthless piece of crap and the support is even worse!!!! I recommend absolutely nobody to order anything from this company if you do not want to be scammed. There’s other companies out there offering wireless carplay adapters that actually work.

Really easy to set up (Audi A5, 2017). Works flawlessly. Extremely happy with my purchase.

Liars, cheats and scammers....this product doesn’t work, DONT BUY IT or you might as well give them your money. They will not refund a penny and give you the run around forever. You are warned.

Complete scammers, Yes many people are saying it works perfectly but in my experience its not worth the risk, Before i bought the product they ensured it would work with my cars, Well it doesnt work with either, After days of troubleshooting with them they say its not compatible and to send it back,, At my own cost and pay a restock fee, On top of that i must lie on the customs form as to what the package contains.. Dodgy as hell.. I will let you decide, Needless to say i will not do this and have claimed via my credit card company and sent their details for Customs Fraud to investigate.

If you buy a device and pay for shipping, then don't assume you will receive it.

I bought the device back in April (now is September) and their Customer Support did nothing to deliver the device or get a refund. Every time I get a new and standard answer that the team will study the problem.

I bought this in August 2020.
CarPlay2Air works perfectly with a KIA e-Niro (model '4' 2020), with all steering controls working and automatic log-on as soon as the car is started.
Perhaps the CarPlay installation on some cars isn't playing nicely with the firmware on the adaptor.

Product does not work correctly!!
Massive delay on hands free. Siri button on car does not work when this is in use. Steering wheel buttons stopped working.
Told technical about the problems, I was having and I did some updates. Still had the same problems. They would NOT give refund and was told I would have to pay myself to return the faulty item to get a replacement.

Wish I could give 0 stars. This product is very poor indeed. The customer service is appalling, they don’t care all about you once you’ve paid your money. Their returns policy is 15 days, if it fails after that you are stuffed. AVOID THIS DREADFUL PRODUCT AND COMPANY

TOTAL SCAM. Absolutely horrible product and horrible customer service. I received the unit and followed the nearly non-existent “installation” instructions. The unit never worked in my 2020 Cadillac CT5, and after “troubleshooting” it for a week they basically told me I must return it and they would charge me $25 restocking PLUS I have to pay for shipping back to CHINA which would cost me nearly $200 from Florida. They acted like it was my fault that this didn’t work with my car after stating on their website that it works with 2020’s Cadillacs. What a joke. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Despite the claims from that it will work the same as wired CarPlay it dosn’t.
The sound quality is not as good, the phone has a significant lag making conversations impossible and there is also a lag when using steering wheel controls.
Returns process is difficult - return to china is needed and takes several emails back and forth before they will even give you the address. They also charge a restocking fee which they waive when you point out that this is illegal if bought in the UK but you do need to point this out to them. They have received my return (confirmed by courier) but I still have had no communication from them or refund (4 days ago).

The device has many problems and the customer service team never admitted that. They always tried to find any other faults (connectivity, car software,etc.) except their adaptor.
There was a problem with the sound delay and they never admitted that. They accepted to refund my only if I pay for the refund and I pay for "restocking" fee, which is mad !!
I paid around £100, I must pay for a refund (around £10-15 postage fee), another $25 (~£20), so at the end I end up with £70 or less for something that is not my fault !!! What ??
They're selling you broken devices and still make you pay for everything !!

And after all, that, once the adaptor arrive to them, they will analyze the product and if THEY decide is not a problem and the adaptor works fine, they will not give you the money back. Basically, you paid for the product, send them back and remains without a product and without your money.

It was working fine in my W213 Marc when it arrived. I made an update exactly as described in the manual. The update was successful, however, after that, it does not work anymore.
I asked them for help and advise, but they simply don't answer. That is very bad.

Adapter doesn’t work, constantly restarts. Return impossible. Waiting on PayPal to refund me.
Return address provided by PayPal did not exist and item was returned to me.

This is a terrible company. Three weeks has passed and still do not have the product. Called the telephone number of their website and it is disconnected. Only way to contact them is via email with intermittent responses. I love the functionality they promise but if they can't deliver the product you have nothing. Now I have to start fighting to get my money back - but how do you fight with an email account?

Ordered this after seeing it on Instagram. Watched a few YouTube videos about it, seemed to be legit. Should have just came to Trustpilot first. Took over 2 months to arrive. Customer support is slow to respond. After I received the adapter, it does not work. I have a 2017 GMC Sierra. I just get a solid red light. This company has been a disaster from start to finish. I would avoid them at all costs and just buy an adapter from Amazon. Lots of reviews on their website, I have no doubt they were all lies. Do yourself a favour and save your hard earned money. Do not give to to these clowns.

worst experience i have had with a product bought online, no service, no warranty, cannot get to work from the beginning, Seem to have a lot of wonderful reviews on their own site, all made up i bet.

Stay away from them. My order is lost and they refuse to assume, so I don't have product and didn't get the refund. Costumer service is a joke. They keep fooling me.

Doesn't work at all on a Mercedes E class, send it back to Lithuania, item was delivered to the warehouse (according to track and trace) and now the childish game of 'we can't pay you back 'because we haven't located your package yet' starts.
Unprofessional and illegal in the EU.
