Service was great from start to finish. From the advice given in the showroom, in a non-pressurised manner, to the delivery guys taking care when getting a king size mattress up/down the stairs, I really couldn’t fault anything. Probably why we’ve used Carters four of five times now for beds and furniture; I’d thoroughly recommend them.

On visiting the store to look at sofas, Malcolm quickly pointed in the direction of a style that suited us, and as soon as we sat down we knew it was the right one for us. We went home to check the measurements and called in later to place an order. As promised on our first visit, we received a good discount on the basic price. Great service. Looking forward to receiving our new sofas.

This is the third time we have bought furniture from Carters and quite honestly it would take a lot for us to go elsewhere. The welcome and personal attention is second to none but you're never hounded and can browse at leisure with help close by if needed. We dealt with Mathew again and he's just brilliant. Really good experience with Matt who was extremely helpful but non pressurising. Friendly and knowledgable about the furniture we were interested in. It is a large well laid out showroom with a great range of branded lounge furniture that we were interested in resulting in our placing an order.

From visiting the store, where everything is well displayed, no pushy sales talk. Helpful and friendly staff. The delivery was as discussed in store, prompt, polite and professional delivery. They unpacked everything carefully, placed them in situ and wore shoe covers ! excellent service from start to finish.
