Ordered my tyres for much cheaper than I could find them anywhere else. Took 5 minutes to find the tyres and book a fitting and had it done round the corner from my office the next day. Couldn't have asked for more!

Easy website to use. Fitter was professional and I even got mine fitted a day earlier. Saved over £60 compared to other sites.

I was a little sceptical having read some of the reviews so I checked with Halfords on the day of installation that the tyres were there and they were. I paid exactly what I thought I would be paying - which was significantly less than buying direct from Halfords . You need to allow 48 hours from booking to being fitted is the only drawback , but if you are not in a rush then it's fine. Halfords themselves were busy but I was in and out in the hour that they told me I would be , though the fitting only took 20 minutes.

Very good price quoted and easy to use website. Booked car in to Crawley, Halfords. Got a call from the following day from Halfords to say they couldn't get anywhere near the price I had been quoted and to ring Cartyres.com. Few days later thought I would try again at a different Halfords so re ordered tyres with Cartyres.com to be fitted the following week at Sevenoaks Halfords. I expected to get the same reply but didn't get a call from Halfords so the day before the booked date I rang Halfords up to check they could fit my tyres at the quoted price. No problem at all and they confirmed they had my tyres in stock. Drove over to Sevenoaks the following day about a 45 mile round journey and left the car with them to fit my tyres and went for a walk. Got a call 20 minutes later from Halfords to say "there was a bit of confusion" and that they didn't have my tyres in stock but they could get them in later that day. I pointed out that I had rang them the previous day to check availability and that I had taken a day off work to get the job done. I wasn't prepared to hang around till later that day so I gave up and went home. Just booked my tyres to be fitted in my local town which is costing me an extra £10.00 overall but when you take my wasted time and petrol into account it sort of pales into insignificance.

My experience with cartyres.com started off well, the website was clear and easy to order four new tyres for my car. It was simple to organise the garage to fit, and at a time a date that suited.

However this is when the good experience ended unfortunately;
(i) The garage who was to fit the tyres emailed me the following day detailing they were unable to honour the tyres at the price agreed through cartyres; quote "I am sorry but i cant get the tyres for the price quoted from cartyres.com" he did offer the tyres at £60 more - surely if the tyres are agreed through the site these should be honoured by the garage?
(ii) Misunderstandings can happen and I phoned cartyres, this started off well and they understood, however they needed to pass the query to customer service and would get back to me. Unfortunately there was no reply and I followed up with them later in the day..still no reply. I phoned the following day and was told I had to email my query and I shouldn't expect a phone call from cartyres and also to phone the fitting garage; again no success. I gave cartyres one last chance and they took my details but again I have had no reply.

Overall it is very disappointing that the garage would not honour the price stated on cartyres and this was made worse by the lack of customer service.

Companies like cartyres rely on the prices stated on their website to be honoured by the fitting garage otherwise what is the point of their existence? and the differential to others must be on strong customer service; however on both of these occasions they have failed

I looked on many tyre web sites before choosing this one. Firstly because they offered the tyres i was looking for (which most didnt) And secondly because of the reviews i read.
Very happy overall with the service provided by website and Halfords Auto Centre. I would recommend calling your garage of choice the day before to ensure they have had the stock delivered and that the appointment time is confirmed. I had to move my slot from 9:30 to 11:30 as they were double booked. Not a major issue and i didnt mind at all, but calling before is a good idea. Would definitely use the service again and recommend to friends.

rang me day before tyres were due to be delivered to say particular product quoted was not available, suggested alternative, which I felt I had no choice but to except.

Unbelievable prices easy to use web site, don't know how long they will last but look ok,

I personally dread getting my tyres fitted. I know its something that needs done however its a pet hate of mine!

I normally go to my local dealer however had a look online for a change and Im glad I did. It was dead easy and simple to do. Tyres were fitted on my day off from work which was fab and I was literally in and out without hanging around for two long! I will be back for my other tyres in future- thanks

No fuss, staff ready and waiting to accept my car for the fitting of new tires.

Excellent service and an excellent price, would recommend to anyone and will deal with them again when the time comes for new tyres.

Good value for money budgets, fitted quickly and professionally at Halfords Autocentre

First time for using this site but will do it every time from now as quick, easy and saved around £40 per tyre from my normal National centre

I was very impressed by the efficient service ?

Not the best experience!
1. No help regarding website sales descriptions, eg they charge £3/£4 extra for a "Merc/Audi" tyre and could not tell what exactly they charge it in my phone enquiry.
2. The garage I booked for to do the job did not know my booking, hence my time had been wasted to wait for them to order, deliver and then work.
3. The price are good.

Easy purchase and fitting , hassle free job done.
Have already recommend among friends
And will be happy to return

Having used other tyre price sites, when this came up as cheapest I gave it a go and proved very good. They even use Halfords Autocentres as fitting agents so appointment was confirmed soon after ordering and on the day was very smooth operation.

This was my second time as a purchaser of tyres through cartyres.com and yet again, I have only good things to say about them.
Nobody else in cyberspace was able to offer the tyres I wanted at anything close to the low price I paid (at Halfords, having placed the order through the cartyres.com site).
The staff at the branch I selected to do the fitting are a great bunch of people and more importantly; not only do they do a good job but their approach to customer care is second to none.

Even if the tyres had been a little more expensive, I'd still have chosen cartyres.com because of the fact that their fitting arrangement is with a reputable, professional and knowledgeable company.
