Non disclosure of ordering and shipping fees
The fact that this company was in Italy was not prominent on the website, thus I did not know that. I was forced to pay exhorbitant fees because it was not an American company. I believe this was concealed and not revealed well enough, along with the consequences of ordering from them!!! I am a smart person, but hurriedly ordered from a google posting. I did not see your website nor go to it!

On every page of our website, our VAT number is clearly displayed with the "IT" prefix, as well as our telephone and fax numbers, both preceded by the Italian international dialing code (+39).
Furthermore, all of our prices are displayed in EURO (as required by European tax regulations). Nowhere on our website are prices shown in US dollars, and we believe that this alone should make it fairly evident that we are not "an American company".
If that were not enough, our "About Us" page — and we are sure you know what that means — clearly states our full address, including "Italy", right at the beginning. We even have a dedicated "Where We Are" page, where our location is explained in even greater detail and accompanied by a Google Maps map. The same information is also available on our "Contact Us" page:

And all these pages are clearly listed on all our webpages.
Last but certainly not least, on the page where we explain our shipping policies and shipping rates in detail (including a table that allows customers to calculate shipping costs simply by selecting their destination country and order value), we also clearly state that we are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges, and we expressly advise customers to check with their local customs authorities before placing an order. Moreover, the shipping fee is clearly highlighted in the shopping cart, before the customer can proceed to finalize her order, so it is quite absurd to talk of "non disclosure of ordering and shipping fee".
And if all of this seems "not prominent" to you, we are sorry to hear that, but that is your opinion, and we respect it, though we honestly do not share it.
We usually regard criticism as an opportunity to improve. However, stating that "this was concealed and not revealed well enough" is not criticism that we can consider constructive in any way.
But, as we say here in Italy: the world is beautiful because it is diverse.

Outstanding Service and Products
I just received my second order from Casa Cenina and I'm absolutely thrilled. The selection of specialty threads for needlepoint is the best I have found in the EU and shipping is super fast. I placed an order on Sunday and it arrived on Tuesday! There was a mix up with one thread in the order and I reached out to customer service and they immediately corrected the error.
