Case bus makes it extremely hard to get a refund or make a return. They want you to mail the product back to China. This is a poor business practice. Highly recommend you take your business elsewhere. It’s just not worth it.

AVOID this company received phone cases that are unusable as the screen cant be used to be touched, typed played on with them and contacted them as I did a return to the returns address on the box and now they say its wrong and wanted them returned to China!!

UK domain website which is clearly not in the UK and conning customers

Not only was the delivery so slow that I had to buy a case from amazon to use for 1/4 of the price in the interim then when the case eventually turned up it was the same as the cheap one except without magsafe.

I would give minus stars if i could. Do not buy anything from this company. They advertise they are a UK company but are clearly not. I wish I'd read reviews on here before placing an order! They lied about dispatch date, the product once it arrived is not doing the things it's advertised to do ( phonecase with wireless charging for Samsung S22 ultra with card slots). None of my buttons work and it does not charge wirelessly and if you put cards in the slots it doesn't stay closed. It is supposed to be leather but is clearly not. Their email replies to me include saying all trustpilot reviews are made up and threats that I'd be better off keeping it and accepting a £5 discount or having something else from them. When pushed through paypal they sent an address in China to return to at cost to me! This is a £35 phonecase not as advertised that doesn't work!! I have now escalated a dispute on paypal who have now refunded me. If you are unfortunate enough to have got sucked in - stick with it and paypal or credit card companies will refund if you persist. Do not pay ridiculous amounts to return to China!

The order did take longer than expected but the two cases ( S25 and iPhone 15) are beautifully made . I did email when delivery was later than expected and got an apologetic reply within 24 hours. Perhaps the company could be more honest that they are not based in the UK but that can be said of a good many others too.

The case shipped from China, so ordered on 9th and arrived on 16th, could have been worse. I would have chosen a Snakehive case but none in stock. This one is not as robust as a real leather one., but in terms of phone protection I guess it will do for now. I would not expect a long life though and it is overpriced for its quality or lack of quality.

At least 5 days to process the order the further 4-5 days to dispatch it! Arrived in horrible shape and full of scratches

The case isn't bad aesthetically, but it's advertised as a Mag Safe, which it wasn't. The phone I bought it for only works with a Mag Safe, since iPhones have a very delicate charging port that wears out over time, and a Mag Safe is the only solution. The phone only works with a Mag Safe charger, and I emailed customer service that the product wasn't suitable for me and that I wanted to return it, at their expense, of course, since it was defective. Otherwise, if they didn't want to pay for the return shipping, they could simply refund it. They emailed me for weeks, first offering a £5 refund as a symbol of God's will (on a £30 purchase for the case), then a new shipment of the same product (which wouldn't have worked anyway, since I read here on Trustpilot that their Mag Safe covers don't work with Mag Safe). Then they offered to exchange products of equal value, ignoring my email requests for a return and replying in a different way. It seemed like a nightmare, and I almost found myself faced with my first online scam. I just wanted a return at their expense or a refund. For weeks, they sent me vague emails offering me completely different options than I was asking for. Finally, I searched for the company on Trustpilot and read all the negative reviews. Unfortunately, I hadn't paid with PayPal, so I emailed that I would report the case to my bank for fraud to get my money back, and to UK Action Fraud, and they refunded me right away the next day. I threw the case away because it was useless. I read that many people wanted to return products because it was labeled as genuine leather, but it wasn't, and in the end they offered to return them at the buyer's expense for £10 or more, because the package had to arrive in China, given that it's a Chinese company. Absurd. They send defective products or products that aren't as described, at very high prices, and then they create a wall in case of returns.Avoid them at all costs.

Unfortunately days before I was due to receive my phone case, my s21 broke! So the case was useless to me. It's a shame because it was a 3 in 1 case, also doubles as a purse and bag. It did say on the listing it was leather, and it actually isn't so that might be a problem for some, but other than that it looked very well made but I only took it out to see if my new phone would fit but it didn't. The reason I have given 2 stars, is because the case itself was nice. Otherwise I would of only give it one star, because of the returns process. Beware this company is not based in the UK, but china. Even though it's using a uk web address and a uk email address. Also on the delivery box it actually has a uk returns address-but the company said i couldn't return it to that, only back to china. I think they say this so it puts people off returning and they get to keep their money. After enquiring at the post office they said it would be £20 to return it with tracking. So i would be £20 out of pocket as paid forty quid for it. Annoyed, and felt I'd been mislead with false advertising, I contacted them and they weren't interested at all. Luckily I paid via PayPalso got them involved. Casebus offered me £7 and keep the item, i declined. Then offered £10 keep the item. I declined because i genuinely had no use for it and as the s21 came out in 2021 i doubted id be able to sell it to cover the costs. But paypal were very helpful and even though they said to get a refund I would need to return to China, they very kindly offered to cover the return postage costs because casebus just wasn't interested. And when it was tracked as delivered they would initiate a refund. I used hermes and they charged half the price of royal mail, so at least I should get all my money back. Now, because ov gone through paypal I should get a refund. But anyone who doesn't, I wouldn't get your hopes up reading a the other reviews on here. They try their hardest to not give refunds. Even when people have tracking thar says its been returned they say it hasn't. If I'd of know they were based in China I wouldn't of ordered it because of this very reason. I will amend my review if I don't get a refund

I bought a magsafe case for my Galaxy S23 ultra. The magnetic ring is in the wrong place, it is too low down on the back of the phone so the charging doesn't work. Do not buy from them.

Utter rubbish!!! I ordered a case for samsung S25 ultra which does not support fingerprint but has it etched on the screen. They claim its water proof and the pen holder cover won't close as the seal is cheap and nasty. I can't use the loud speaker function as it sounds muffled with the case on. This company should not be allowed to trade. Do not buy anything of this company.

A shambolic company. Delivery took 13 days to arrive and was so late I had to purchase another case. They then wouldnt engage in any way, refused to compensate and just stopped responding. Do not use them, they are absolute crooks.

Thankfully after ordering this phone case I just happened to look at the reviews on here.
PayPal were brilliant and refunded straight away. Thank God for Trustpilot my go to!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They claim the cases are leather but they are not. Delivery times takes ages and when it does eventually arrive it is clearly cheaply made. 3 cards put in the holder and within 2 months the seams started to fall apart and the cards fall out. Raised with them and told that it is outside the warranty period and therefore nothing they can do but they did offer me a 10% discount on purchasing another one from them!!!!! Avoid at all costs. Expensive, poorly made and not leather. Much better for less on the market.

Received the case which was obviously faux leather and not as described in the listing. I emailed casebus and was advised to receive a refund per T&C had to return to China costing £7 even though the postage label said returns were to UK.

I therefore raised a chargeback with Tesco CREDIT CARD. Sending them pictures and comments from the listing and Trustpilot reviews.

Tesco were extremely helpful however considered I needed an expert confirmation it was faux leather which would cost more than the case.

I reviewed Trustpilot and found a review which said Paypal had been successful with a chargeback.

I sent this review to Tesco.
Subsequently I was informed by Tesco my chargeback had not been challenged by casebus and that I had received a refund and could keep the faux leather case.

TIP try a chargeback with Bank or Credit Card and put the scammers out of business.

I ordered a case for my Samsung phone. When it arrived, not only did the screen protector partly obscure the front camera, the case itself would not properly close. The website's 5 star reviews are clearly fake and I only wish I'd checked Trustpilot first. £30 lost. Do not waste your money on this rubbish.

Sold as a metal phonecase for £25 but what arrived was flimsy plastic. Returning is impossible. Avoid this company!!

Where to start!
I only got the case today so I cant comment on durability or build quality.
Firstly 10 days for delivery requiring a prompt after 8days.
Secondly the magsafe ring is most definitely not a magnetic, and therefore the connection to a magsafe device is very weak, so can only use flat and offers negligible improvement to a standard case.
The case itself fits well. However the front protector is not fingerprint compatible. The privacy screen does what it says from the sides. However be aware it does darken the screen quite alot.
The plastic catch to secure front and back sections works. However it sticks out from the case and I have concerns this will not last.
Finally the protective cover is not raised at any point so if your looking for added protection this is not the case for you.
1plus point. It looks quite nice.
Not recommended. I wish I'd read independent reviews prior to this purchase. Lesson learned.

OK got my phone case and it will have to do BUT they lead you to believe they are in UK BUT they are in China their returns policy is ridiculous. If you really have to try them definitely use Paypal and be prepared for a battle if you need to return anything. Just look at the Trustpilot reviews - they do have their own reviews on the web site which are either very selective or completely fake.

Misleading. I searched for leather wallet cases, the listing states "premium leather" but I should have read more detail and read reviews first, the case is PU leather, not actual leather, the case is flimsy, and I'll be buying a new one from elsewhere. Could have got one of the same quality for half the price elsewhere.
