I ordered phone cases for iPhone 15 and iPhone 14 Pro, but Casenova sent the wrong products. Despite email, I’ve received no response. This feels like a complete scam — they take your money, send incorrect items, and then ignore you. Absolutely no accountability or customer support. Do not trust this site. I strongly advise others to avoid Casenova.
