Do not trust anything you read on their website. Their listed time frames and customer service is total BS. On Monday June 3rd out of pure desperation to pay my rent, I drove down to Best Buy purchased 4 $500 (Best Buy) gift cards (using my BB credit card) and submitted them into the CashifyGC website to receive (per their calculator) $460 for each gift card. After my submissions (with receipts) for each one I received an email confirmation giving me a reference number and advising me that "in approximately 8 hours you can expect to receive an email from us". This was at 3:30pm PST. I heard nothing that day. Next day I woke up to no email. I sent an email to "support" wondering what's going on and about thirty minutes later I receive an email from James Smith stating "We will look into it and get back to you". I haven't heard anything since! Today is day 4 and I've sent an email everyday since and haven't got a reply. This is extremely BAD business and it's looking like they've just taken my $2000! I really needed that money bad. I'm trying not to get evicted from my apartment! I HIGHLY RECCOMEND STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I got lured in because they offered the best payout percentage and timeframe and I am so regretting using their site. The things we do when we are in a desperate situation.

This site is a complete scam. Promising to pay you for your unwanted gift cards same day via PayPal or cash app seemed appealing to me so I figured I would give it a shot. Big mistake. Once I entered my gift card information I received an automated email stating that I would hear from them in 8 hours but never did. Not even an hour after entering my gift card information the balance was depleted by someone using the card to make 3 separate transactions. Emailed support multiple times but have never received a response. Ended up losing $200 because of this scam. Was supposed to have been paid via cash app but it seems they prefer PayPal. If that's the case PayPal is just fine. However I seriously doubt I'll ever receive it. Reported to the authorities as well as the BBB. And unless they make this right I will continue to spread the word. BEWARE!!

Sent them all the info they need to know about my gift card after I submitted my form on 5/22/24and few hrs later they took $ off the card but didnt give me my payment! $111 worth & I was supposed to get $103 & upon checking here I notice Cashapp was an issue so I sent my PayPal info through email which comes up as a James & Still no funds in my account till this day!These ppl are scammers I wouldn’t recommend selling your gc to them!

Website does not scam. Just have to be patient on continue to touch base with them
Also avoid using zelle/ cash app they seem to have issues with it so stick to PayPal or BTC

I made an agreement with them to buy my $300 visa gift card for $276. This was about 10 days ago. Since then, I've been told that they couldn't pay me through cashapp and requested my PayPal information. I gave them the information they asked and now 5 days have past and I'm still in the same position. I've reached out and asked for updates and received nothing in return. It's now come to the point where I've asked for my funds to be put back on my card and cancelt this transaction and I am receiving radio silence. I have bills that I need to pay and now with the late fees I'm having to pay, this whole thing is costing me money rather than making me money.

Edit: payment has finally gone through. Thank you. In the future, I would suggest having a little bit more transparency about how the payment is going to end up being handled and some more communication would be helpful

Well I have been very patient with you all and I can't believe you threatened me to block me from submitting cards I wish you had blocked me this time before you took my money it wasn't much but I was needing food and I'm still waiting and you sent me a email telling me to be patient that your service was down or whatever it was..If I don't hear from you soon I'm going to really loose it.. it's not about the money it's about you doing this again and again to people I really don't care if you block me from submitting cards to you because I never will again the only reason you got that one good feedback from me is because someone did the right thing but the longer I wait the More pissed I get and hurt even more.I don't know how you all sleep at night knowing that you do this to people were struggling too and I needed food and I told you and guess what I'm still waiting..God doesn't like ugly...I will be praying for you..my cash app again is $Lakota47 i even gave you a PayPal name... Cashify I really appreciate you finally getting my money to me it means a lot.. One thing I ask you to do is notice you don't use cash app just tell people it's not instant it could take up to a week and you only have PayPal to pay with.that is being honest with everyone and straight forward..I really appreciate it... It's been almost 5 days and the money has been taken off my card. I submitted the form with a best buy gift card with the amount of $353.08 on it and accepted the $321 reply. I received an email with the above reference number and that I would here back within 8 hours. A little later I checked the balance of the card and $299.00 was missing leaving a balance of $53.09. shortly after that the balance went to zero but I received no word back from cashifygc and had not used my gift card nor had anyone else known the number. Please take care of this and make it right James. I requested Zelle but I've read you've had issues with other apps so PayPal is fine @shawnashthecraft is my PayPal address. I will update the review once this has been resolved with payment

I has been well over 8hrs and I still have not received a response from anyone. You guys sure are quick to take the money off my gift card but slow to respond back to customers and slow to send the payment to my paypal account. Funny how things work like that. Come on James you guys are better than this and I know from past transactions with your site that u are legit and will send money eventually but the thing is I only sold my vanilla visa card bc I need money for family emergency and this is starting to take too long and you already took all of my cash from gift card so I'm not able to sell elsewhere and I have to have that $92 by 10am this morning.

Submitted this card on May 29th and still haven’t been paid out for it. It was $111.33 for Walmart. Will update my review if I receive payment. Payment should’ve been paid out to my paypal account.

Update: it is now June 3rd and still no payment.

June 5th, still no payment and no response to my numerous emails. Clearly customer service, integrity and punctuality are not in this company’s vocabulary.

This is an actual company, they do follow through, but it does take some time. Wish they would explain why, but it is what it. Just bare with them and be very patient. If you need the cash urgently, I would not recommend, but if you can wait a week or 2, I highly recommend.

I submitted my request to sell a Walmart gift card a week ago. The money was taken of the gift card, but I never recieved funds, and have sent several emails that went unanswered. I do not recommend this company at all. Trash with zero communication.

Reading other reviews I see that some have had success in communicating through trust pilot which is the equivalent of scrawling a note on a piece of paper and sticking in a bottle with hopes that the waves and tide will carry it to a useful destination. More than 24 hours now my only communication has been through trust pilot .home office is in Lincoln de. I hear it's nice there this time of year. Maybe if I get bored I will pop in for a little visit. Maybe put a face to that five hundred bucks it might be enough to motivate someone to send off an email...

Fired off another email expressing my thoughts about this discovery and after literally no contact with the exception of trust pilot reply since day 1 it would seem as though I had struck a nerve because it took less than a couple of hours to get an explosive email in return. I do have these emails saved but the content would surely get this review removed and I would like to continue updating this review I would like to update documenting the extensive effort made by cashgc to at least offer up a little good faith but unfortunately I can only document an extensive effort made by cashifygc to offend and confirm what all 90 reviews at the better business borough describe which is not a business with policies that reflect integrity and good business ethics but a con running a game.

Today is june 3 i began this game on the 23 of last month yesterday recieved some kind of fill in the blank form letter describbing the turbulent relationship and difficult dealings this company has had with zelle and cashapp asking me to provide different methods of transfer ( pay pal, bit coin) i think im dupposed tet all excited but have been dissapointed by this company so many times over the course of a single transaction that i have become disenchanted with the stupid notion that there will ever be any intent to pay. Not going to belive anything from cashifygc untill i see something from them.
