I have wrote a review here and been writing emails everyday since last week and gotten no help at all. I did a 100.00 Walmart card and this company took the money off of my card but have received absolutely nothing!!!! The last 8 digits of my card are 87880266 and my name is Jamie. Maybe they will respond to this, but I doubt it.

I sold them my Disney 50 dollar gift card haven't heard back from them yet I used the cash app method all I got was the confirmation number and nothing else

Sold a vanilla gift card of 200 dollars. Money was taken out immediately. Never got the money and no response form them. This website id definitely a scam.

Stole me gift cards. Admitted to using them and haven’t received payment. It’s been about 3 weeks. I assume im never gonna get paid. Please. Don’t ever send more than $20 to them. They will pay the smaller amounts but why would they send thousands of dollars to a customer if they don’t have to? Please just use another company

I have not received any confirmation on the status of the processing of my kohls gift card. It’s been almost 24 hrs. Y’all took the 100 dollars but still haven’t sent an email or anything letting me know what the deal is and when I should expect payment?

I finally got paid through PayPal. Took a little longer than expected but they did come through an I did get the actual amount that was provided to me through the rate calculator
If you want a smooth transaction without any delays I suggest using PayPal from the start. They are always having trouble paying through other companies such as cashapp, etc. Hope this helps anyone looking to use cashifygc, they do pay an just use PayPal from the start

Sent two $500 Walmart gift cards and they took the money and never paid me. Never received an email back. Both cards now have a balance of $0 never even used them smh.

On May 22nd I turned in a gift card for $100. I got a typical email back saying they’ll get back to me in 8 hrs. Never heard back but yet they were so quick to take the balance of my gift card! It’s been one week since they took my money off my Lowe’s e- gift card and I haven’t gotten back any cash. This is ridiculous how can a company claim to be reputable be so dishonest. Not one email, not even to explain what’s the delay. The value of my e-gift card is $523 in exchange for $481. 8 hours has been turned into one week. Unacceptable. I need my money NOW!!! I call Walmart they told me you guys are scammed they block the card cause you guys are scammed you took the money and left 8 cent on the card which I was advised to make a police report so hopefully you guys get taking down so you can't do thus no more you say my card is no good after you took my money you keep saying to call Walmart support which confirm that you are scams

This is Josh I put in a 25 dollar Amazon gift card and still didn’t receive the money on cashapp

Received email I would hear back from them within 8 hours - they removed the value from the gift card but I never heard back from them. Payment was never received.

Despite numerous attempts to reach out to the company through every means available the only reply I ever received back stated simply that they “didn't work on Sundays“

***update: they sent me an email this morning saying they were having trouble with some payment methods and asking for an alternative. Within 2.5 hours of my reply they sent the funds, so I’ve increased their stars up considerably. (I will note that in some reviews it makes it sound like this was a condition of payment - and that was NOT the case here, they never mentioned this review once or asked me to change it, which is why I am doing so)

The time and effort it took will keep me from marking full stars, but they did eventually live up to their initial agreement.

On April 24th I submitted my lowes gift over 1200.00 my funds were removed from gift card and I haven't received payment. Inhave received one email stating they had to research further due to it was a partial gift card and they don't accept them. Then why was my balance removed from my gift card the gift card was used and I never received my payment which has been over a month. I have emailed them everyday since then with no response this is thief and fraud. On their website they they frown against fraud and stolen gift cards but they are the ones stealing money. A scammer you got to be kidding me yall are the scammers i have proof the gift card had over 1200 on it and was used in New York I live in Virginia. I even receive a message from yall April 25th that it was a partial gift card and more research had to be done never heard anything from yall. We shall see who the scammer is when I call the police and report fraud.

I'm not a scammer that was my lowes gift card to buy a new refrig the orginial amount was 1631.10 I used the card leaving 1424.96 as soon as I enter my information the funds were removed I do believe I actually did it twice by mistake if you could check the account. I'm not a scammer at all looking to resolve. I have send several emails with no response.

I'm not the scammer the card had over 1400.00 when I place the information on your website. I will call the police and the federal trade commission. How would yall have know it was partial used if you didn't check the card and now the rest of the money is gone the very next day. This gift card was email to me and the only person I gave the information was cashifygc com. Either yall took the money or who was taking the order took the money.

Not the scammer yall are the scammer I have pictures showing my balance when I sent the gift card information and when yall remove the funds very next day.

Still no funds and they depleted my gift card --scammers and wont answer an email back I have sent over 30 no response. I have already reported them to the federal trade commission

They sent me the money on PayPal unexpectedly to me about a week later and notified me thru email. The money was in my PayPal today though. I had thought it wasnt coming. Hard to say how people should feel trading them. The money definitely eing transferred definetly had different instructions before and after postung them my card. The payment said after trading them it takes days while before it says money is available around 8hrs approximate.
Tried to sell them a hundred dollar gift card to a Retail Store and they said give approximately 8 hrs to hear back and we’ll have the info for my payment or not. But i checked 9 hrs later and the amount they were suppose to pay me of $83.00 was taken off. I got one email in response and they said provide your reference number and i never heard back. They stole the card

I received an e-mail saying the money will be submitted in a cash app account and an email will be send to confirm this transaction and this process will take 8 hours. It took some time, 9 days to be exact, but we finally got our cash. From the time we got a reply to the time we got our cash it was expedited in a couple of days. So I’m changing to 5 stars. Yes!!

You took my money off my 50.00 Ulta Gift Card And did not pay me for it. I am turning you into every available authority. There is to shut you down.

I have sent several emails with no response. I entered a walmart gift card to be sold on may 7th and the money was taken off with no payout to cashapp. I later learned that there is a problem with using cashapp.

I sent in a request for my $200 Macys gift card. I got the email saying to wait 8 hours. Heard nothing back and my Macys gift card was empty. I’ve sent at least 8 emails and got one reply back. It said we will look into this. Nothing else. Im so frustrated. And they talk all about morals and what not on their website. This is messed up.
