I filled everything out got a email with confirmation number CGC-529849121 they never paid me or sent the second email within 8 hours. I tried to do chat and it won't work either. They sure took the money off the card though. Not a penny sent to me though.

I submitted a 100$ apple card to this trash company I really wish I did my homework first because its been four days no payment but the funds on my gift card sure are gone thanks alot don't use this website unless you like being robbed Logan Driver

My reference number is CGC-174596858 you took the $50 off my Sephora card and I did not get my money in my cashapp!!! They finished through with PayPal for more then expected thank you so much! They were having issues with paying through cash app!

I had a home depot gift card 100.00 they took the money right away and sent an email saying they would respond in 8 hours. No such luck. Hopefully this will get their attention. I did the cash app but it sounds like paypal would be better hopefully I will get a response soon. With the way the economy is I just need to buy gas and groceries. I have sent several emails. As quick as they took the money you think they would be able to respond. I would be happy to increase the review stars with a little communication.

Waiting and still no money. 4 orders. Emailed them. 4 cards so 4 orders. $0 sent to my account and all they do is argue about the amount instead of sending me money for what they said I submitted. They say I sent 980 worth when I sent 1100 worth and won’t send me any money so I don’t understand why they won’t pay me when they’ve admitted to taking $900 worth of credit from me. Would love to use this service if they paid instead of steal

Submitted the information needed on the form on my Walmart Gift card with $91 and change on it and they took the money off the Walmart card but have not paid me anything and have not sent any emails besides the 1st email saying I should expect an email in approximately 8 hours. That was 5 days ago..
I will change rating accordingly upon being paid.

Shouldve checked this page before submitting my Kohls card. I Recieved a confirmation email yet didnt get my ‘8 hour later’ deposit. The money was taken off the card without a payment and subsequently no emails are being returned.

I submitted 230.00 game stop card over two weeks ago and have had very little response from this company my name is John stokes my reference # CGC-620522829. It has been months now and from what I see they take forever just to pay little 50 dollar cards but just ignore my ticket for months now I have not received any reply or explanation I have a reference number and I have proof of original card they drained my gift card and told me they are waiting on vendors and they are addressing the issue but yet I still know nothing bout my money they took from me this company is very unprofessional and is petty from my view they have trouble paying anything unless it's under a hundred which tells me the company is a joke and probably ran by some couch potatoe in there parents basement if u read there recent reviews they are always late in payment and they hardly ever pay on original terms of agreement as far as that goes I can receive bit coin I can PayPal cash ap or am willing to take my payment in another gift card at this point even another game stop card I just want what they stole from me with there false advertising 230 is not huge but for lack of professionalism I'm not gonna let this go I'm gathering info on how I can report this to the gift card vendor or the feds to make sure they don't rip more people off

Same as all the rest below me. Email confirming form submitted, will hear back 8 hours, gift card has nothing on it now and I never got paid. They don't respond at all. Some of the responses to people on here are so completely unprofessional. Basically, they are false advertising their services to scam people even though they try to act like they're so worried about scammers and fraud. Name on submitted form is Katherine Mallen ref #CGC-807821168. You owe me $50.80. If it has to be done through PayPal then you shouldn't give other options for payment. Please contact me for my PayPal info.

Stole my money will be contacting authorities to ensure investigation gets launched into their business practices. This is horrible, I needed that money to fly down for my Mother’s funeral. I’m just being words at this moment.

I really don't like leaving negative reviews. I prefer letting the company know my concerns and give them a shot. However, I attempted the chat option with no response. Then I emailed and no response as of this posting.

I submitted a card with all the information requested. A new unused card with the original receipt from when it was loaded. I received a confirmation email with a note that I would get another email within 8 hours. But nothing. I really would love to alter this grade and will if possible as long as you let me know something

On April 26th I got a $95 gift card for Apple quoted for $84 so I submitted a form got a reference number and an email saying I would hear from them within 8 hours never heard from them but my gift card was redeemed I have emailed and live chatted on their website and numerous times and got no response from them. I used a different email address and said I had a problem trying to sell a gift card and got an answer immediately pretty much so from that what email I asked about my gift card and got no response tried to email them again still no response this is poor customer service and I would love to get my money. It has been almost a whole month I have talked to Apple and they have given me information of when it was redeemed so what do I do next

Yes you guys did. It wasn't promises thru a email. It's was thru 3rd party apps. But if you only take 100 dollars gift card for Airbnb why say it's processing. Y'all are bad for business. I jus want my money back or what you guys said what u where going give me.

James Smith, typical with all these reviews I'm reading, brushing my emails off, and stole money from my gift card as well. A class action lawsuit is being prepared. It's been months and mr Smith will not reply to my emails or my lawyers. Scumbags.

Depleted my gift card balance but I have not received a follow up email or payment. Advertised same day payment but that is not the case. Also stated I would receive an email in approximately 8 hours but it’s been well passed that now. Please resolve.

Edit 5/20 at 1:58pm: Received an email from John Smith requesting PayPal or BTC exchange information as they cannot use Zelle or CashApp. I emailed my PayPal email address to them and then received a suspicious invoice from an Apple Store requesting I pay them. Still no payment received on my end.

I want my money I went to sell my gift card and they took the gift card but I have not received my money at all

My transaction CGC-006069055 was for $100 to Ulta. I was quoted $92. The money was taken from the gift card and I was told by cashify that I would receive an email 8 hours after the confirmation email, I haven’t heard anything from them.

Still no word from them. I hope this gets their attention. I will change it to five star as soon as I get a reply.

Day 3: they asked for my PayPal email address last night, I replied right away. Still nothing.

Day 5: I got all 92 of my dolllaaaass! Thanks cashifygc!

Absolutely unbelievable. Took my gift card and didn’t reply to any of my emails and no phone to call. Nothing after 8 hours.

Been almost 3 days and nothing back. I’m a Dad who traded in my birthday gift card so I can buy my son what he needs. Yet they took my gift card and never sent money. Absolutely scam website
