Like many others I put a $100 gift card on their site and the balance was removed. After 16 hours I hadn't received any payment so I emailed their customer support email and never heard anything back. It's been about 10 days now since they've removed the money from the card and still nothing in my account and no reply email.

Sent in a $200 Visa SecureSpend gift card, was sent an email that I'd receive a reply on it within 12h, no reply came but the card was spent right down to 0; now, I've heard some people taking up to 10 days to get their payments, so I'm putting 2 stars for now in the hopes they do pay out; I'd change to 5 stars if they do and I'd then update this post, so I'll let you guys know - only at 70 hours right now

I've opened the chat about 8 times to request any conversation on the site, but never got a reply there, instead having to send them emails that they've yet to reply to either.

I feel like the best thing they could do would be to communicate if it's going to take longer, or if there happen to be complications in accepting cards, or perhaps update it on their site so people know what to expect.

encountered an issue on Monday night and reached out to Cashout Cards Pro's Support team via email. Within less than 48 hours, I received a friendly email from Richard and the funds were promptly credited to my PayPal account.

drained my card and never received payment 10/3/24

I'm having about the same experience as everyone else seems to be on here. Submitted a $54.00 Gamestop card yesterday morning and received an email stating that they would be in touch within 12 hours. Never received one. Checked the balance today and it's at $4.00!!! I've emailed their support but no response as of yet. I'll give it a day or 2 and see how it goes before I take the next step

I submitted the info to sell a $500 gift card. Received the same “form submitted successfully” email as everyone else here. Then nothing. Checked the gift card balance & it’s zero!! Sent six emails asking what was going on. No response. I am just sick!
Edited to add that it’s been 22 days since I submitted the gift card. I emailed them again the day I made this review. I was hopeful after reading the other reviews. However, I still have not received a response.
3rd update: It’s been 4 days since my last update. Another email sent and ignored. I don’t get it. It’s like they pick and choose who gets paid. I know for a fact the card I sold was valid. So that can’t be what’s going on. I want answers!!
4th update: it has been a month. Other than the very first email letting me know of the submission, I have not heard a word. This is absolutely unacceptable. I sure wish I had read these reviews before I submitted my card information. I’ve been as patient as I’m going to be. I will be taking further action.

Submitted a card and it was accepted. They say they will respond within 12 hours. The only thing I was told is that they would look into it. I also had a customer #. I have reached out at least 6 times through their customer support via email. They don't list a telephone #. 10 days later and still nothing. I checked the balance on the submitted card and it was now 0, the day I submitted it. Scammer and a rip off. I have reported them to the Federal Trade Commission. Better Business Bureau is the next step. Oct 3, 2024 money finally received.

SCAM - within 12 hours you’ll receive a response? We are going on 90+ hours - my gift card now has a $0.00 balance - and no response, no phone numbers, scam. I’m going to report them to BBB and all other accredited companies to take this bogus company down

This company took my money, a chat associate named Henry, came along, helped me go through the whole process. After the card was submitted, I waited a few hours, asked him what was going on. He then proceeded to let me know things would be a minute, at least 14 hours. I then checked the card that was in question that I had submitted to him for sale that he was going to give me $46, I believe, for a $50 card. And it was used at a barbecue shop a few hours later I guess, where he lives in Missouri. And I asked him about it. He said I would have to wait the full 14 hours. 14 hours passed, then 1 day passed, then 2 days passed, then 3 days passed. He won't respond back or won't give me my money he promised. I needed money quickly and I had some E gift cards to sell so I found this website online and read through almost every detail. I understood that it could take longer than one day, I also understood that Sunday submissions are worked the next day. Yesterday, Sunday September 29th at 2 pm I submitted my $50 Home Depot e-gift card info to them. Less than an hour later the e-gift card had a 49 cent balance. According to the email that they sent confirming the submission of my e-gift card, if they do not email you with an approval within 12 hours of the submission then the transaction was not approved. If the transaction was not approved, then why did they take the money off the gift card? There was absolutely no reason to not approve payment. So it wasn't approved but they got my money that makes absolutely no sense to me. I already went to the BBB and filed a complaint and now Trustpilot for the review, after this review I'm going to the FTC to report fraud. They will not respond to my email or chat request at all. I want my money back. I am very busy and do not care for any banter. I want my money back promptly. My ref number is COC-772693914.

They fixed my problem and paid me via PayPal the next day after I submitted this review. They paid me the full amount of the giftcard.

Please don’t let me regret using this service. Submitted a $100 Walmart GC with no receipt…Calculator stated in would get $79 on my Cash app card…I need the money for utilities as I recently lost my job of 12 years. I submitted my request 9/27@ 7: am ET…automatic ally received email that I would get another email in 12 hours..after 12 hours, did not get an email and saw the Walmart GC balance was .99…I emailed them them the next morning 09/28 with confirmation reference # and gave them my PayPal info in case they were have an issues with Cash app…I received an email back just saying they would look into this…it is now 09/30@1:30pm et and have not heard anything…please give me faith that this is not a scam…if my electricity gets shut off…I will cry

I sent them another email and I screenshot this actual review and I received a response almost instantly and they stated they were having issues...blah blah....but asked for my PayPal or Bitcoin info and within 5 minutes they sent my money.

It's been 2 days....I sold them a $100 apple gift card and heads nothing back from them. I messaged and emailed and they were supposed to PayPal me the money but nothing. I was hoping to buy grocery with the money. 😭

Nothing but thieves!!!!!!! I filled their form for a $50 Mastercard gift card, submitted all the necessary receipts to prove that it wasn’t stolen. I got a response from them saying they would contact me after 12 hours, foolish me kept checking my mail for over two weeks without any response. I even reached out to their customer care severally, no response. Then I decided to check the balance on my card, guess what, someone used my card to purchase items on Temu the very same day I submitted the card on their scam platform. Mine was $50, imagine the other unsuspecting victims that have submitted larger amounts and they keep scamming them!!! Please for your own sake avoid this platform!!!! They are thieves!

So as you can see below, I submitted a review, they commented in their typical C U Next TuesdaY fashion. I answered their question, and still no money and no other correspondence. They are the bottom feeders of the world. The cockroaches and the rats that feed off of other peoples lives because they have no talents, no skills, nothing to offer but the stench and the stain they leave behind! The website states that we should hear back from someone from their team within 12 hours and if it’s longer then there’s a problem..it’s now been 24 hours and I have sent NUMEROUS messages and emails to find out even just a status on my payment and NOTHING. Their chat constantly says that they are “available” but times out and just tells you to email them..that would help if they REPLIED TO THEIR EMAILS! I would like my payment for my gift card as the balance is now a zero so I know you’ve taken it…

They finally contacted me as seen below but still waiting pay out haven't been contacted personally. I did give trustpilot 5 stat review as they have been very quick and responsive. Definitely have given top notch quality service.
Update now Sunday 29th Richard Miller did finally answer my email stated matters be closed in 48 hours I moved it up one star for ecstatic finally even have a response will see. Been stressful told 12 to 15 hrs to 2 weeks of waiting. Wouldn't been so bad if I wasn't in a hard spot depending on delivery on time.
My apologies on late update I been very busy but on Tuesday oct 1st they did finally send a payment. I was quoted 420 dollars I received 390 which is fine maybe there's a processing fee or such. I'll give them 3 stars they missed on everything promised or said but did deliver money eventually. If need money eventually give them a try .

It's impossible to get through to them via chat. I sent an email yesterday but have not received a response yet.

I haven't received any sort of reply or follow up yet. It's been 2 days since I emailed support@cashoutcardspro I'm pretty sure at this point I've been scammed out of $400 dollars
