I submitted the information for a $100 Amazon gift card which I also have the receipt for on 9/24/24. I immediately received a confirmation code that received my card information. I had asked prior to doing so if they required the claim code to be revealed in photos and they responded at that time with a yes. Since then, there chat service refuses to respond to any of my messages and they will not respond to any of my emails. I was promised $92 to be sent via Zelle for my gift card balance but have not received any reimbursement. However, the gift card balance for my Amazon card is now $0 after calling amazons check gift card balance phone line. This is blatant theft or gross negligence. If I do not receive a refund I will contact the police and federal trade commission as I still have the receipt and I certainly am not the account the Amazon gift card balance has been redeemed to. I will provide updates as they occur and I am willing to reconsider my current rating score if this issue is addressed and rectified.

9/26/24: I received an email informing me that they are having issues processing payments via Zelle and only have PayPal or bitcoin as options for payment. I responded to the email with all appropriate information for them to issue my payment. I will update further if and when I receive payment.

9/24/24 I recieved $92 via PayPal.

I am satisfied with everything and I am changing my review from 1/5 to 5/5 stars. The only reason I was so concerned enough to make this review was because of all of the negative reviews I found.

Received money as promised. Took a little bit longer than advertised, but otherwise a good experience.

I didn’t even want to put a star, they took my $200 Visa gift card,wiped it out and said that I should be getting an email within 12 hours. It’s been way over 12hours, very unprofessional. I will be looking into this further, thank God my uncle is an agent with the FBI

Edit: They did finally pay but it was near impossible to get a reply by email. . It definitely makes it look "scammy" when gift card balance is wiped clean immediately but no payment for days and no correspondence.

This company is a scam. I sent $100 Visa along with the receipt of purchase. The following morning the card had been completely depleted and no payment received within the 12 hours they promised I emailed the company accusing them of being a scam they're only reply was"what's a scam it's for sale right?" But still no further correspondence and no payment. . Do not use. . If they can't be professional enough to send a reply or hold to the end of the deal they do not need to be in business I will be pursuing this in any way possible because any Injustice just really grind my gears

Never received update on the gift card that had 95.87 an was wiped out

At first I gave them 5 star because they did good business so I turn around and sell them a 897$ Nordstrom gift card for them almost 2 days later to say that I requested a refund for the card!!!! Nordstrom has it known gift cards are like cash you cash request a refund they drained the gift card as soon as I submitted it then they turn around and say this just not to pay me my money! I’m disgusted and horrified! I sent a bunch of emails and sent screenshot email proof that the funds were used and not cancelled and no response! Pay me my freaking money or refund me my card or I’ll be contacting the BBB and filing charges!!!!!

Money I contacted Nordstrom and sent proof from Nordstrom that that was a fuckinh lie you guys are unprofessional and scammers! That’s why you have so many bad reviews!!! You can’t cancel a gift card that’s Nordstrom policy then you guys drowned the gift card and used all the funds on it!! And I have proof of that I will be contacting BBB and sending proof of everything ! You guys are the only people do fraud

Update: it has been 7 days and no money, no emails and most importantly no professionalism. I guess Richard the guy that runs this scam fraud business needed $50 more than I did, what he doesn't know is that I'm going to get him back and he has no idea how, but he is going to find out. I'll get my $50 somehow not because I need it, but I believe in business ethic.

I submitted a $200 Home Depot card on the 4th. I originally asked for the funds to be sent via CashApp. After a day of waiting and reading reviews I decided to email their support and provide a PayPal account as well. They responded back a couple of times over the following days and then stopped replying. The gift card was immediately cleared of it's balance and now here we are 2 WEEKS LATER. I requested several updates and even threatened legal action and have yet to receive any further communication or the money owed.

I submitted a $50 razor gold gift card which I know had money in it but I never got my money

First time using these guys. So far bad experience. They don't follow there own guidelines. There website said there will be a update within 12 hrs, never happen. Also said once approve. there will be a update of payment, never happen. Obviously is approve, they took the balance of my Amazon gift card. So far no response. These guys are not responsive and lie. I will do everything in my power to make sure no 1 use your service.

I submitted a card for sale and still have not heard back. I checked the balance of the card and it is empty. I've tried to contact them on their online chat for 4 days, and no response. I also emailed several times to follow up on my payment and have not heard back. This is absurd, and I feel is a scam.

Do yeah I wom a prizeout gift card.. because all these online casinos are a pain in the,@@#@. They won't approve my checking account but sure they let me pick a useless gift card.

I've gotten the same experience so far as everyone else here before me reviewing them.
What I've clearly noticed is you get a response from them if we review them here so far.
I also understand they a getting many scammers sending information for them to sift through and weed out.
We are still jaded because the site advertises sell in seconds. So when we go to sell and have heard nothing at all we start to feel like our cards are stolen.
I mean really there's no where to even check out the reference number.
On the other hand I tried to sell two cards yesturday. This one here and happy exchange.
When that card sold I was told they didn't cash out to the US. That I would need a Kenya baking account to cash out. So after many hours of arguing with them through their WhatsApp and mine. I'm going to get half my money if I can find it in crypto land.
The important thing to note is communication has made all the difference in my comfort level.

I sold a $110 best buy card on the 10th and haven't heard anything yet. I understand it can be hard running a small business but you should always respond to a customers support email even if it's a automated, just to let them feel acknowledged. Hopefully I hear something soon.
