3 stars because I do not know the outcome of this situation just yet. I sent a $80 gift card earlier today, the gift card has been cleared of its balance. Spoke to the retailer that the card was from and they were able to see what the purchases were and where they were sent. They are insinuating that I file a police report but I reached out to cashoutcardspro providing my Paypal after already providing my Cashapp. Will update with outcome.

Update: It has been roughly 24 hours since I submitted my card, still no payment.

Update: Still waiting for payment, received email saying they will “look into it” today.

I have contacted my families friend in the FBI, the bad news is after you scam too many people you will eventually scam the wrong person.
The punishment for wire fraud can include:
Up to 20 years in federal prison
Up to $250,000 in fines for individuals and $500,000 for organizations
They are tracing this site IP addresses currently, funny how a mediocre hacker thinks he can best the fbi with encrypted VPNs, id start running buddy shouldt take long. I'm sure they will max the charges to make an example. All over 100$ gift card hope your life was worth it...

I visited Trustpilot to check out reviews of this site. I am HORRIFIED that TP is allowing this business to dox customers who criticize them. Cashoutcardspro: Do your job and stop being gross.

p.s. Your response is terrible. There is no justification for screaming profanities at reviewers and releasing their names and email addresses. None.

ETA: The fact that Trustpilot has taken zero action is just as horrifying.

My gift card was wiped clean and I never got an email or anything about it. Nor have I been paid for it.

The date today is now 9/14/2024 and still nothing but some stupid emails about how I sold a used card and it screwed up something with their vendor and got them banned from something, (which is false because I sent a picture of the activation receipt and the card had the exact same amount on it as it did when it was activated,) then there was issues with my method of withdrawal, then I was told to update my withdrawal method with them and as soon as I do, they will send my money. And to no surprise whatsoever, I still haven’t been paid for my gift card. I’m not sure how a website like this can even stay open and functioning.

I just now received the payment through PayPal. Idk what the deal was and why it tool almost a week just glad it's resolved.

I contacted the BBB and they are reaching out to law enforcement. Hope it was worth, what, like $500 you scammed people out of.

It's been over 24 hours, I've sent 10 emails and no response. Their chat was offline all day yesterday and now it's busy with other people. I gave them a 170 visa card and they tried to spend. I had a security measure in place so they couldn't. They got declined at that so they tried best buy. It was still pending so I called the debit card company and I froze it. Hopefully they weren't to figure a way to use it. I have to wait almost 2 weeks for a replacement.

Long story short, they're a bunch of crooks. Should have checked reviews before I did used them. They've only been open for less than a year, that should have been my first clue. Never, ever use cashoutcardpro. All they'll do is steal your money.

Only gets a start because it wont let me select 0 star for them. I sold them a gift card they withdraw the money off my card and never paid me for abd them when i asked them about it they told they sold them a gift card they would have never delat with the brand of goft card i had and they never purchase any cards under $50. There a bunch up F U C K Ass B I C H ES and A bunch of Lieing Scammers

Your site gave me a quote and I submitted the card. Looks like the Wix Site was updated to exclude later. I stand by my review and advise people to steer clear. Perhaps 10 seconds to reply to support email would have clarified.
Quite unprofessional and not one review from a happy customer.

4 days and 3 emails to support without a single response. Does not seem legit to me at this point and the bad reviews here don't make feel so warm and fuzzy. Unprofessional at best.

Update- they have reached out and said they were having issues with cash app payments. I sent my PayPal and I received my funds about an hour after providing the new information

Sold a card almost a week ago. Never received my payment. I’ve sent a few emails and the only response I received was “ We will look into this and get back to you.Thank you”
Still have not gotten back to me and still no payment to my cash app account.
I am pretty disappointed with the lack of communication & not getting my money. I verified that all the money from the gift card has been cleaned out to a zero balance. So as of now they have my $50 bucks and I have zero. Come on guys make this right.

I submitted my Best Buy gift card for $50 and the card was processed on the 1st and I never received my payment to my cashapp. I have bills to pay and a dog to feed and this money was supposed to go to feeding my dog and now he had to starve until I'm able to come up with money for dog food. U mutha truckers are scammers and u also use the name encash and encashyourgiftcard I should have known a website that doesn’t offer a customerservice phone number and after u send in the pictures of everything they need to use it they say ur questions have been received and now they haven’t cash tag we need t he r money cause our family is struggling and u just heart less mother truckers take what little we can come up with
