I have tried multiple times to post my impressions, but the return label provided is unusable. The code is either invalid or printed so small that the Post Office cannot scan or accept it. As a result, I have been unable to return my impressions despite making every effort to do so.
To make matters worse, I have repeatedly tried calling/emailing their customer service team and nobody answers. It is incredibly frustrating to have an issue caused by the company and then be unable to speak to anyone about resolving it.
The whole experience has been stressful, time-consuming and completely unacceptable. I have wasted a significant amount of time trying to sort out a problem that should never have happened in the first place.
Based on my experience, the customer service has been extremely poor and I have lost confidence in the company. I would not recommend Casper Smile to others.

I just had a video call with Mike who was very polite and helpful in doing my impressions again. I struggled last time to get my lip over the impression plates and I think it caused some movement and his tip was very helpful and much easier!
I also get check up emails which is brilliant customer service and it gives me confidence If I have any queries.

Great experience so far, a few issues with my impressions the first time, but Sam on video call really helped me walk through every step to make sure I got great impression to use! Very nice, and used clear instructions!

So far they’ve been very clear on what to expect and the timeline of this process and it’s been very accurate. They sent extra material out to me at their own expense due to an error I made, the customer support via their website is instant and you will get a response asap which is very helpful. I will update this once my aligners have arrived but so far it’s amazing.

I am going to write my most honest review for anyone who like me wanted aligners from them.
Many reviews that are positive is because when you have your call they tell you to write them a positive review and they will gift you an Amazon voucher.
The process has not been good at all as I witnessed lack of communication as well as miss communications and many times being ignored. I purchased my aligners in February and didn’t receive anything until last week (June) after they promised me a full refund.
After four months of headaches I am pleased to say that they have refunded me with some deductions, thanks to Noah - I would recommend asking for him if you encounter any problems.
I would not recommend CASPERSMILE to any of my friends or family.

I purchased a full aligner package from CasperSmile for £615, plus £75 for clinic scans. The company advertised regular communication, correct aligners, and a service guarantee including a refund if the service failed.
After payment, the service failed in multiple ways:
Lack of communication: Once I paid, communication stopped for around 4 weeks. I had to repeatedly chase them for updates.
Delay in providing aligners: It took nearly 3 months before they sent any aligners.
Incorrect product: When the aligners finally arrived, they did not fit. I provided photos and videos as proof. CasperSmile confirmed that they had sent the wrong aligners.
No treatment provided: After 4 months, no treatment has started.
Unreachable support: They provided a phone number that does not work. Calls are never answered, and email replies are extremely delayed.
Failure to honour service guarantee: Their website states that if the service fails, they will refund the customer. Despite acknowledging the wrong aligners, they have not processed my refund.
Because the company failed to provide the service I paid for, and because the aligners sent were incorrect and unusable, I am requesting a full refund of £615, plus £75 for the scan fee.
I have provided all evidence, including screenshots, emails, and videos showing the incorrect aligners and the company’s admission of error.

I had a video session with John. After doing the tester by myself and not realising 30secs means 30secs, having the video session meant I was guided throughout and successfully managed to get my impressions done. His instructions were clear and John was very professional throughout. Thanks once again.

I went with casper smile because of price, there was delay to me starting my process with them because the trays that were sent were Medium not Large, took a few weeks to receieve the news one and then an extra week for me to have a slot that was free to speak to someone regarding getting my moulds done. When my appointment finally did go ahead I was queried about my decision to go for day retainers instead of night (which were the premium option). I likely went for Day because it was a saving however feel that doing away with Day as an option for customers altogether could help save confusion and serve Caspersmile and their future clients. In terms of consultations the staff have been well trained and the company as a whole are easily contactable through various channels which was reassuring. think if I had been provided L trays to begin I would likely be offering 5 stars for the service I have had so far, but that coupled with a logisitical delay I experienced in receiving L trays has meant a considerable number of weeks have been lost in me starting my plan.

I would not recommend Caspersmile to anyone with bite problems.
My experience has been extremely disappointing. I started treatment to improve my teeth alignment, but instead my bite became worse. After raising concerns, I was provided with a second set of aligners following a new scan, yet the situation did not improve.
As a result, I developed problems with my bite, experienced jaw discomfort, and ultimately had to seek treatment from a qualified orthodontist. I have now started comprehensive orthodontic treatment at a cost of approximately £5,000 to correct the issues.
What has been particularly frustrating is the lack of follow-up. I have been waiting since 7 May for someone to contact me regarding my concerns, but I am still waiting.
In my personal opinion, anyone with existing bite issues should think very carefully before choosing a remote aligner service. I wish I had consulted an orthodontist from the start.

I chose Caspersmile due to the ease of doing everything from home and the price is so much more affordable than Invisalign and other brands. I’ve wanted to straighten my teeth for years and finally I can. I did the 3D scan on my teeth which was very quick and easy. Only took 1 day before I had my smile prediction and 3 weeks later I’ve just received my aligners. It has been very smooth so far and can’t wait to get started.
