Castle Trust Bank was launched as 'Castle Trust' in October 2012, and in June 2020 we became Castle Trust Bank – a fully authorised UK bank. We’ve offered fixed-term, fixed rate savings accounts to existing customers since the end of 2020, and launched online savings accounts to new customers in August 2021. Eligible deposits with Castle Trust Bank are protected up to a total of £120,000 by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme, the UK’s deposit guarantee scheme. We are also a provider of specialist buy-to-let, and property development mortgages.

Far from right

Keep getting warning to fund letters when I was funding by an ISA transfer with the maturity date previously given. Auto mated correspondence was the lame excuse each time.
Difficulty logging in, told needs to be done from website and no other source. Did this with the same result and only seem to get logged in on second attempt.

We’re sorry you’re disappointed with the emails that confirmed when the funding window would close. We were aware that you were funding by ISA Transfer but some of our customers add additional funds during this time too. The email does highlight that it can be disregarded if this isn’t the case.

We are aware of an issue affecting some customers logging into the Self-Service Portal which requires logging in again to access it.
We are working hard to resolve this issue and do apologise for any inconvenience this may cause in the meantime.

This issue isn't affecting our Mobile App so if you'd like some help with registering for this, please do reach out to us and we'll be happy to help.
