make sure its a genuine Cath Kidston site before ordering as, along with others, I have been scammed by what I thought was Cath Kidston until I got tracking from a person called Mary saying awaiting flight from Singapore and 20 days now I still have no parcel and the email address does not work but comes back as non existent

Cath Kidston have now been purchased by NEXT and scammers are using this as an opportunity to scam people out of their money by setting up a "Cath Kidston" website that looks genuine, offering discounts of up to 90% in a 'closing down sale'. I feel silly for having fallen for what now obviously seems too good a discount to be true, but I want to warn other people. Luckily I submitted a claim through my bank and they've very kindly refunded me. PLEASE DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM A "CATH KIDSTON" WEBSITE - THEY NO LONGER HAVE ONE SO IT'S A SCAM.

Paid for items that never turned up

I thought this was the genuine site it's not. Cath Kidston now only sell through Next. I've been done out of over £30 and instead of the clothes I ordered.I've been sent a cheap ring that I never ordered. This is a scam and they are clearly paying people to write good fake reviews as so many like me have been cheated and stolen from.

SCAM!!!!... I thought it was a bit off after i ordered from not recieving a confirmation email.. n then when i did get an email it was from Mary...
I kept tracking my order and today it has been delivered.... but not what i ordered... so instead of loads of cath kidson stuff i have ended up with a ring!!!.... n not an expensive one.. just avoid not worth it...

Don’t be drawn in by Facebook ad. I spent £60 and nothing delivered. It’s been about 6 weeks.

Scam !!! Placed an order over 7 weeks ago and it shows as delivered but I haven’t received it. No help from Next who is now handling the customer service for Cath Kidston, I’ve tried all the other ways of contacting them but no help anywhere. The delivery company do not respond either. Do not order from this site it’s a scam.

I have not receive my order yet. Still waiting.

As another review said do not be drawn into the advert on Facebook for cheap Sale items from Cath Kidston I also ordered lots with an email from Mary. exactly the same, order delayed and then delivered. It was also not delivered and I sent emails and no response. the order confirmation and tracking very clever to make you believe the site is legitimate. also lost my money. Complete scam

Don't be drawn in by the 70% + sale it's a scam! I ordered 11th August and it was apparently delivered 31st at 23:15 I checked the status at 20:00!! It's now with the credit card company to sort.

Saw an advert on Facebook for really cheap sale items. Ordered lots of bags from them with a confirmation email from Mary. First the order was delayed and now the order is showing as delivered. Well It hasn't been delivered I've tried writing emails with no response so I guess I've lost my money!

Advertised on Facebook so I found the site through Google instead.

Shows VERY cheap products. Emails with tracking details from "Mary".

However tracking shows that my parcel was delivered 5 days ago at 5.40am. Needless to say it wasn't

Be warned. Its a scam site. You have to wait 31 days too before the bank will get you your money back.

This Cath Kidston website is a SCAM as a couple of previous reviewers have identified. Hindsight is a wonderful thing. I am turning this costly mistake into a learning opportunity.

Red Flag 1 🚩 When purchasing online don't go to a website via a ad scammers can use those to make you go to their website
Red Flag 2 🚩90% off is to good to be true
Red Flag 3🚩 The company should offer a phone number and legit email to contact if there are any problems. The company should send a confirmation email after the items have been purchased.
Red Flag 4 🚩 There should be multiple payment options not just free postage and websites typically ask for the full name for bank card to purchase items as well.
Red Flag 5 🚩 There should not be a pay again button option once the items have been purchased.
Red Flag 6 🚩 The account that you have made with them does not exist once the payment has been made.
Red Flag 7 🚩 Recieveing a notification saying payment has been made and not processed.
Red Flag 8 🚩 Making the payment and cancelling it whilst it is still being processed and money still being taken out of your account.
Red Flag 9 🚩 Odd transaction name and international fee when Cath Kidston is a UK company.
Red Flag 10 🚩 Look at reviews before making an online purchase.
Red Flag 11 🚩 Just because it is a renowned brand that you have bought items from them for years does not mean that everything is automatically as it should be.

This is very disappointing and needless to say, I will not be purchasing items from Cath Kidston anytime soon. Lesson learnt!

Hi, I ordered on the 7th of august and today is the 26th and still no sign, it has according to the tracking been in my hometown for 2 days. I tried to message them on the email for support on thier message and it doesnt exist. Any help anyone?

I have just checked my tracking and it says successfully delivered, don't know where it was delivered to but it certainly wasn't this house.

Tried to place an order two cards declined the payment was in usd not gbp to a completely different company have cancelled both cards for fear of being scammed

Complete rip off! I place an order, entered my card details and then the status of the order said ‘failed’ so I tried again… failed. I checked my bank account and they had taken the money. I have tried to contact someone. Nothing! There is an email for customer services, emailed them explaining my situation, received a very unprofessional reply not resolving or explaining any of the issues I face. The entire email did not make sense, constructed in broken english and I since have not heard from them nor have I received my order and got my money back. Extremely frustrating for such a well known established brand. There is no way to take the complaint further as they provide limited contact details. Very very very disappointing.

Have not received a refund or communication for items I sent back in June. There is no way of getting in touch as the enquiry email doesn’t exist anymore. So unprofessional why continue selling if you cannot cope with customer service after! Did not expect to be cheated by Cath Kidston.

How do I get my refund....I get it's gone into administration but why haven't I received my refund. Purchased and returned my order 9th June but no communication or refund from Cath Kidston. Totally useless, doesn't seem to be a way of getting in contact.

Been waiting over 5 weeks for my order from the sale and nothing - customer service don’t reply either. I ordered on June 1st and still nothing. Really disappointed that they seem to have taken my money and not sending products in return from their closing down sale.

Placed an order 28/5. Heard nothing for two weeks. Finally they took payment for one item and emailed to say the other was not in stock. Over 5 weeks later I still have no dispatch notification and no purse but the company still has my money. Tried the customer service email - twice but the answer I was sent was of no use at all.
