Great Customer Support!

I had issues with the Camera Control button on my Sheath case and contacted customer support.
They replied within 1-2 hours and were exceptionally kind, eager to resolve my issue.
I received a replacement case paying only for shipping and am very satisfied with my experience with Caudabe.
Colorful buttons and unique texture were two reasons to pick Caudabe, and I guess great customer support will be my third reason to shop again!

AMAZING Customer Service

I made a mistake when changing out the metal buttons that Caudabe sells for my iPhone 16 case. I contacted support on a Saturday, and the very next day I already had a response — including confirmation that a replacement case was being sent to me.

Not only are their cases great, but their customer service is *amazing*. This is the kind of customer service American companies *used* to have: resolve the issue for the customer, and you earn a customer for life — like me!

Sheath for the win :)

I purchased a Sheath for my S24 Ultra end of 2025 and I have absolutely zero regrets. Clean & simple design. Love the texture (never want a smooth cover again). Magsafe works with no issues, has enough strength and doesn't affect the performance of the S-Pen.
Also my compliments to the Caudabe support team as my case got shipped with a missing volume button, and upon me informing them and requesting they send a replacement button, they sent a whole new case free of charge. So in my honest opinion, they are well deserving of the 5 stars. I will happily buy a case from Caudabe in the future.

Another Satisfied Customer!

As someone who has tried other high-end phone cases for years, Caudabe has now become my go to for any future phone cases.

I ordered a deep blue precise sheath for my brand new iPhone 17 pro max. The case was delivered in less than a week.

Although the case had some very minor quality control issues (nothing major, I’m just super OCD), I could immediately tell it was of premium quality. The case felt grippy and secure - rugged yet sleek. The buttons I bought with the case looked absolutely fantastic as well.

As for the minor quality control issues, it did not affect the usability of the phone case. However, I still decided to bring it up with their support team. (My OCD would not let it go)

To my surprise, they not only resolved my issue in a timely manner, (response time was less than a day) but their support team was also incredibly accommodating and friendly. You rock Sarah!

If you are on the fence about Caudabe, I highly recommend them as a satisfied customer. Their products AND their customer support are top notch.

Great Customer Service!

After the holidays, I needed to exchange a case. A shipping label was sent promptly after I reached out via email. A couple of weeks after sending the case back I realized I hadn’t received a refund and that my package was stuck at a facility and had not made it back to Caudabe. I sent an email inquiring about the next steps and if I would still receive a refund if the package was lost in transit and they promptly responded and issued my refund. Very happy with the customer service experience!

Arrogant Excuses, No Shipment After a Week, Pretentious Attitude – Total Waste

I almost never buy from Facebook/Instagram ads, but I clicked on one from Caudabe and bought their "Sheath" iPhone 17 Pro case in Celestial Blue for $52 (ended up $60 after they upsold the loose-feeling "buttons" for "free shipping"). Big mistake.

Ordered exactly one week ago. Not only have they not shipped the case, they haven’t even packaged it. Zero tracking number, zero movement. Their response? A condescending email blaming "major winter storm" and saying it "should ship within a week" (meaning potentially two weeks total from order date). Then another auto-reply telling me to stop replying multiple times because it "delays" them.

Let’s get this straight:

They took my $60 instantly.
No disclaimer in the ad about weather delays or "high demand" excuses.

Ground Advantage takes 7 business days after shipping. If they haven’t packed it yet (they haven’t), we’re already looking at the third calendar week before anything even moves.

Instead of owning the delay, communicating proactively, or offering anything (discount, expedited shipping, partial refund, anything), they act like waiting indefinitely is a privilege and like I should be grateful they’re "working extremely hard."

I run my own business. If I took a week to even pack an order and hadn’t given the customer a single update or tracking number, I would be bending over backwards to make it right—proactive apologies, compensation, constant communication. These people? Pure arrogance. "Thank you for your patience :)" while giving zero reason to be patient.

There are literally dozens of solid iPhone cases on Amazon for $15–25 that ship same-day or next-day. I was trying to support an independent brand because I’m independent myself. Never again. They took my money, hit me with nothing but lame excuses, and talked down to me like I’m supposed to wait forever or shut up.

I don’t need their caseI have plenty. What I want is either my product now or my money back immediately. Their 30-day return policy means nothing if they can’t even ship in 30 days.

1 star. Pretentious, slow, excuse-filled, and insulting customer service. Avoid Caudabe. Buy from literally anywhere else.

I phone cases are a dime or dozen.

BEST Customer Support!

I ordered the Sheath and the AR Elite screen protector.
The Sheath is excellent!

BUT I had an issue installing the screen protector, with a few air pockets left after I did everything as instructed.

Than I contacted Caudabe and they were so generous, sending me a complementary replacement :)

Amazing shopping experience, just picked up the replacement - so happy!

Every change of my iPhone definitely comes with a Caudabe case, at times, the case arrived earlier than the phone itself haha. Tip top product + tip top after sales services. Been a human for over 40 years, I've never really wanted to write a review on customer services and/or after sales services. If you thought Hai Di Lao has top services, then trust me, Caudabe will change your mindset. They are so well-trained and so services-oriented that at times, I even felt a little embarrassed asking for warranty. Way to go Caudabe! You're definitely a leading example in the case industry!
