I was having a problem with my product and Jane helped me right away with extreme professionalism and kindness.

I have always loved these cases from Caudabe. I received one with a small defect and their customer service made it right. The replacement is perfect and my favorite case.

I messed up my order address and emailed them to fix it, they got back to me at 9pm on a Saturday and fixed it immediately. Great support team

This company is swift to fix any issues and has amazing quality control with their A1 products.
I cannot recommend them enough. They replaced my defective case with a new color way and let me keep the old case. Absolutely love this. Keep doing what you’re doing Caudabe!

Got to write a glowing review for this company and its cases. The Sheath for iPhone 17 Pro Max is superb - only case I have found that offers the level of protection I want for the phone AND MagSafe. Great to look at, as well! Also got to give a shout out to customer service: I ordered the wrong case online, realised my mistake and emailed the company. Got a response within 15 minutes telling me the order had been corrected and they sent the right case.

I first was drawn to Caudabe because of wanting specific cutout coverage for my new iPhone 17 Pro, and I had read good things. The order shipped quickly and I have to say I was blown away by the quality. Easily the best phone case and screen protector I’ve ever used, and I’ve used many.

There was a very minor issue with one of the items I ordered so I reached out to customer service. They could not have been kinder, more helpful, or quicker to responds. Honestly, the best customer service I’ve received online in years.

Will 100% return to buy cases for future phones.

Seriously the best customer service I have ever had. I accidentally ordered the wrong color and when I realized it, I shot them a message on instagram and via email. They were quick to respond. Within minutes I got a reply. They corrected my mistake and shot me over the new order number and tracking. 10/10 would recommend these cases and company!

Ordered the sheath for my 17 pro max! Love the fit and feel, best case I’ve tried after trying numerous other brands. Ordered the gray, but wanted to change to black. Emailed support, who responded within 24 hours and on a Saturday no less, and are exchanging for the black for me! Could not recommend more!

Caudabe as a Brand and whole are great the customer service reps are outstanding the product is second to none I will continue to support. Ps customer service response times are effing great and real people respond. Love you guys !

After some issues with the postal service, my original order was sent back (no fault of Caudabe). I reached out and within a few days, a replacement order was at my door.
The support team were nothing short of incredible and efficient even when I reached out a second time thinking the buttons I ordered were missing (they were stuck to the inside of the bag, whoops!)

The case was delivered in line with the estimated date (ordered soon after the iPhone 17 release and before the 2025 holiday season).

The build quality is great and definitely meets the "precision" advertised build quality. MagSafe, double/triple tap controls, and the precision camera button all work perfectly.

Customer service has also been great! The exterior of the camera button starting started falling off (likely due to me taking the case on and off repeatedly and messing around with the other case buttons, not due to a build quality issue).

I reached out to the customer service team and got a response email within 10 minutes and a resolution (replacement button shipped) as soon as I replied. Definitely happy all around with the experience!

Great experience with Caudabe's customer support. They responded quickly and were helpful with the replacement process when something came up with the screen protector I purchased (CrystalShield Elite AR - iPhone 17 Pro Max).

I just or ordered the Synthesis case with some extra buttons, but forgot to apply the promotional code its was running at the moment for the 15% discount, plus i realized i did not put one more pair of buttons in a different color in my bag. I immediately contacted the support and they got back to me in about an hour with the solution. They asked which pair of buttons i wanted to add and they also refunded me the extra money i paid for not using the code.

Their cases are top tier quality so there is no word for it.
