The truth, the whole truth, nothing but the truth

I purchased 3 cases for various phones. All 3 were the Sheath. The feel & grip on these cases are perfect & are a selling point. Highly recommend over flat surface cases that cause fingerprints from skin oils.

Jane who is one of their customer care reps was very kind & understanding regarding an offer that I had in my cart (but dissapeared when I went back in the next morning.) I am very thankful she corrected it without hesitation. First class customer service from Jane and Sarah.

The cases arrived lightning fast!

The packaging was top notch!

The case fit incredibly well on my Iphone17 Pro Max Precise. I ordered the black case which shows an elegant trim of the original iphone orange color around the camera lenses/flash, which is a nice touch.

I also purchased the orange side buttons to replace my black buttons for a nice added touch to compliment the iphone orange!

2 issues I found are, the camera zoom feature does NOT work with the case on contrary to what online reviews say. Beware of the ON-LIE reviews from Vloggers and Influencers. If you want it to work you need to remove the case. This was dissapointing, I wish Caudabe would fix this issue as there is another case manufacturer (wont say who...) that protects the zoom/camera button as well but their zoom feature on their case works flawlessly.

When I removed the black side buttons to replace with the orange ones they now jiggle and are not firm in place. Wish they could fix that somehow.

All in all they make good cases and everything was great. The biggest dissapointment is the zoom button TBH which still bothers me a month later...

A Suggestion to Caudabe!: Make the Paragon iPhone 17 Pro Max (Precise) in Sheath. The smooth finish isnt good for fingerprints and oils but the elevated top and bottom around the corners is what is missing on the Sheath. That will give you the ultimate case!

Great Company and Great Product

This is my first experience with Caudabe as a customer and overall I am very impressed with both the product and company. The case is high quality, durable, and unique. The customer experience was flawless from start to finish. Caudabe will definitely be my go to case moving forward when getting a new phone.

I ordered a Sheath case from Caudabe's website and received a tracking update shortly afterwards. The delivery came on time and was within their estimated delivery window.

Upon using the case, there was an issue with the specific unit I received. I reached out to customer support and they quickly provided a reply and resolution. Despite it being holiday season, their support team was responsive and were a great help in getting the issue resolved.

Great Experience!

I have been using these phone cases for about 2 years now. They’re high quality cases and accessories. I don’t see myself using any other brand going forward. I recently got a new iPhone, I got their new AR elite screen protector. The protector got a hairline crack from me squatting down with the phone in my pocket. I’m not sure how the pressure may have caused a small crack. I simply emailed the service team, they kindly sent me a replacement once they got my info. I was pretty shocked to see that they send me a whole new unit without me having to spent a dime. I will definitely be a future customer from this point forward!

My first experience of ordering with…

My first experience of ordering with Caudabe is a pretty poor one. Let me be clear, this is not a review of their products, this is me reviewing their customer service. As an online retailer myself, I know excellent when I see it.

Caudabe is shabby at best.

My review is based on their lack of shipping of my order and their lack of ownership of estimating when my order will ship.

I queried why the Caudabe order my wife placed was already in the post whilst the order I placed the day before hers, had no update at all.

I expected a response about stock issues and when I was likely to see my case. This brand new iPhone 17 Pro Max needs to be covered and I was keen to find out when that would happen.

However, the response I received was, "Due to unprecedented demand" a phrase you will see on lots of reviews of Caudabe, it is taking longer than usual to ship out orders............No it isn't, they have already posted my wife's order that was placed after mine. She has a delivery window today from Royal Mail, so the problem is not how busy they are.

This is pure flannel, but there is more. Caudabe said, "Your order is preparing for shipment and should be preparing for shipment very soon". Fast forward 24hrs and there is no sign of the "very soon" to be shipped notification.

Let me be clear here, you get a notification of shipment automatically, from the carrier, the moment a label is created.

So nothing is being prepared.... actually Caudabe, explain to me what preparing to be shipped means?

When I ship items, I print the label and then box it. It is then collected soon afterwards by the carrier.

Your orders are handled by TFE here in the North East of England and so this whole suggestion that you are working very hard to get orders out is total nonsense. This is a stock issue with your distribution partner.
I ordered a screen protector from FLOLAB on the same day. That came all the way from China and it is here already. No nonsense, updates all the way.

All of this nonsense is pure flannel and you are treating your customers like fools.

You finish the email by thanking me for my patience, which is just another way of saying, "be patient" and we will ship the item when we have stock. Clearly they don't.

At no point in the email was their an apology or an explanation why my wife's order is days ahead of mine, despite ordering after me.

This is a lesson on managing expectation. If I knew how long the order was going to take at the point of sale, I would have probably bought the case that was in stock. This is now Christmas Eve and so there will be no movement until at least the week beginning the 29th of December, then there will be 2-3 days delivery.

I am sorry Caudabe, I need to buy from Amazon, because your service is garbage. I have read a fair amount of reviews saying the same this morning.

I have now requested a cancellation of the order, but you can bet they won't see that before they print the label for the delivery they don't seem to care about, because they are "working extremely hard".

I am a one man business, that has been working non-stop for most of this month. All my customers have had their deliveries, most of which were "next day".

To anybody that is reading this, please don't accept this kind of service from any company, there are absolutely no excuses for them to not be transparent with their stock levels or their anticipated delivery schedules.

This was my first and last attempt to buy a Caudabe product. I know nonsense when I see it.

The difference in fulfillment timing was due to inventory availability in our UK warehouse for the item you purchased. Orders are processed based on a combination of product, color, and batch availability, which can result in one order moving forward while another is temporarily held, even if it was placed earlier. That said, this was not clearly explained in our initial response, and we understand why the situation felt contradictory.

Our support team has since followed up directly, issued a partial refund for your wife’s order, and provided a personal discount code for future use. While that does not undo the experience, it was important for us to acknowledge the miscommunication and take responsibility where appropriate.

Great Support

I’m not too sure what all the bad press is about. My actual case is fantastic. The construction and in-hand feel are both exactly what I was looking for. There are countless reviews that attest to this. What I want to attest to is the excellent support I’ve received. I ordered my case on the 16th, and received it on the 22nd. I had a few quick concerns about my order, and contacted the team. Sarah from support responded to my first message within 15 minutes (!), and all subsequent follow-ups have happened within 24 hours of my replies. I can only speak from my own experience, and my own experience has been nothing short of completely satisfactory.

Exceptional quality and service

Sarah and the team were fantastic from my purchase to everything else. During Black Friday I purchased a sheath and a paragon. The cases - exceptional. I have never bought caudabe but I simply will not buy another brand.

They reasoned via email promptly and also provided me discount codes for the purchases.

I highly recommend caudabe to all phone users.

Absolutely loved their customer service!

Absolutely loved their customer service. I got ky new case and i had no idea that if i didnt clean my magsafe charger that it could leave a scuff/mark on my case. They worked with me to try to get rid of it, and when it was evident it wouldnt, they replaced it for me! Safe to say i will be taking extra care of the new case. Canadian Customer

I’m from Canada and I’m so happy that I found Caudabe. I have an iPhone 16 Pro Max phone case and recently purchased the CrystalShield screen protector. Both products are great. Almost as great as their customer service.
I’ve had a couple inquiries about the products that I bought and they were handled quickly and they handled the situations perfectly.

I recently purchased a Caudabe iPhone case along with a screen protector, which I unfortunately damaged during installation. Caudabe’s customer support team promptly replaced the screen protector at no cost, an experience that speaks volumes about their commitment to customers. First interaction with Customer Support…

I placed an order for the wrong item and didn't realize until it was received. I email Customer Support for an RMA. The very next morning, I had a response with a return label. In the same email, I requested an upgrade for shipping. They sent me an invoice for the adjusted pricing and it was shipped immediately after it was paid. I'm thrilled that the issues were resolved so quickly and effortlessly.

I've purchased 2 cases for personal use and I'll keep coming back. This latest order has gifts for family members and I'm excited to share my love of the product.
