Bad ordering process told one thing didn't happen. Only able to place half my order due to their online error, told they would hold first order until total order complete and send as one (I didn't want to pay two postage at £5.59 a time !!! However they then sent first order regardless and I still can't complete the other half of the order due to a technical problem their end. This is a big step for me and first time purchase, so far not impressed.

Fast delivery and not a rip off like Releaf is. You don't have to keep paying for consultations just to get your prescription.

Telephone call on time. Dr introduced himself. Enquired about my symptoms and how affects me day to day. Enquired regarding current and past medication. Advised that I met the criteria to receive private prescriptions. Dr suggested that I commence on low dose with dummies. Dosage explained. Queries answered.

Tried to transfer from another clinic, was told I’m not suitable due to ‘telehealth’ no explanation provided that’s all, absolutely awful service just avoid what an utter waste of time .

My experience with CB1 upto has been nothing short of fantastic, from my first initial email customer service has been quick and efficient. I paid £50 for my initial assessment and I had my meds within a week of first contacting CB1, I was advised on some products during the initial review with the doctor but I was able to log in and pick my own meds along with a 'doctors recommended' page by the end of the day (you do not have to take advantage but the dr will know products specific to your condition).

Wide range of products for all price ranges and you can pick from flower, oils, vape carts and edibles if approved. I have been very happy with the meds, I would advise you do your own research online before ordering. They stock lots of growers and companies in their pharmacy, researching pictures and terpene profiles will help you make the best choice for the best price. Meds are delivered next day for a fair price, even on a sunday in my location.

I have waited near 20 years to be a medical cannabis patient in the UK, I have just had my 1 month review (no charge) and couldn't be happier

CB1 Medical is a very good clinic for accessing medical cannabis. The people are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
I find the website easy to use when requesting a prescription and ordering medication.
The quality of the flower (which is what I use) is the best I've seen. And plenty of it.

Do Not choose CB1 Medical. I've had all sorts of problems with them. Late orders, having to wait because they havent got the stock and finally today they havent got anything suitable for my use at all! The oil i NEED IS NOT EVEN ON REQUEST JUST OUT OF STOCK. I'm going to try changing companies again, CB1 Medical will just leave you feeling frustrated, angry and pissed off. JUST AVIOD FULL STOP.

After a year of being with CB1 my life is certainly much happier and healthier. The experience has been really smooth and with the clinician advice i have felt guided at every step. The app works well and the live chat feature is great for a quick answer for any issues.The service has been informative and fast when needed. Being prescribed cannabis has allowed me to take charge of my health and enabled me back into exercise.

Great service. Very friendly and understanding. Been with them for over a year. They are very knowledgeable about the different strengths and types of terpenes to accommodate different medical issues. Ordering service is very easy and has a wide range to chose from both in variety and price. Booking appointments is easy and consultations are friendly and stress free.

For the last 3-4 months CB1 has seriously been struggling with stock, every time I'm heading too order 80-90% of flower isn't available

You understand the first 2-3 times but not after checking months in a row too see the wonderful "out of stock" on everything

Whenever I try and discuss this with the company I'm met with the classic

"Regarding stock availability, we offer a wide range of formulary products. The selection depends on current stock levels and regular deliveries. We suggest exploring other products within your limits from the formulary"

Not exactly helpful when 80% of product is completely out of stock months on end and isn't at all a wide range of products

This is the 2nd complaint I've had too deal with. I have put in a complaint but if I'm sent the generic message gain I will be leaving CB1 asap.

I have been using Releaf for 6 months. I wanted to look at an alternative dispenser, so I arranged a consultation with CB1.

When I had a consultation with Releaf, they was on time, got it right first time and made me feel a complete ease, I left the consultation feeling good.

When I had a consultation with CB1 it put me right off.

Firstly the consultant was 15 minutes late which shows they don't value my time.

Secondly after the consultation I walked away feeling deflated and my confidence in CB1 has completely gone. Not only was the consultant late, I was explaining what works for me and what doesn't yet he kept suggesting things that aren't suitable for my needs and was actually trying to put me off having medical flower.

This is absolutely not what I expected or wanted, I felt that if I join CB1 I'll have my medication stopped or limited, this is how I genuinely felt after the call.

Hence this experiance reinforces my decision to stay with Releaf.

I never thought I'd say that considering joining CB1 has actually had a complete and total opposite effect and I will be arranging a consultation with alternaleaf or curaleaf.

One of the main reasons why I wanted to move from Releaf is because there are broader options but I certainly wouldn't compromise top quality service for expense and more options.

Rather stay with Releaf and pay more for that peace of mind, sadly CB1 couldn't even come close to giving me.

I could have had a bad consultation with CB1 and it genuinely could be just a simple one off bad experiance, who knows? But what I do know is as a customer you should never walk away feeling worse about a company than before the initial contact.

Very disappointed with my experience with CB1 Medical.

My order was cancelled shortly after payment, yet I have spent a long time chasing a refund that I was repeatedly told had already been processed. I was then given account credit instead of my money being returned to the original payment method, despite not agreeing to this — and I cannot even use the account credit.

I now have emails confirming the refund was supposedly processed more than once, but I still have not received the funds.

The constant back-and-forth, delays and conflicting information have caused unnecessary stress and frustration. I simply want my refund returned properly.

I hope this issue is resolved quickly and that communication improves for future customers

AVOID AVOID AVOID. late orders with no explanation, despite having paid for next day delivery. which means no pain relief for over 48 hours! 70% of stock, NOT IN STOCK. my anxiety is through the roof because of poor patient care. UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE. it is now time for my 2nd consultation. which I had to chase up. told the consultant the last prescription was in affective, so asked could i increase the THC content and was very abruptly stopped. they said i could increase the amount ( which means more money for them ) when i asked why not, she said the stronger strains were reserved for people with mental health issues?? to which she put the phone down on me! 5 days later and I received a email saying I'd been dismissed as a patient. no explanation. that's the level of care you can expect. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

Great all round clinic in my opinion, never had any problems. I’ve been using this clinic for over a year now. Doctors are very approachable, specially Doctor Tordoff. I like its discreteness as it’s less commercial but has plenty of medication to suit all pockets along with next day delivery. I would highly recommend. Thanks 👍🏼

Cb1 was recommended by a friend who had tried this company after poor experiences with 2x other companies. I booked and had my consultation which was a easy stress free experience and a knowledgeable dr I got accepted later that afternoon I placed my first order and all arrived discreetly and well packed the products not only got me out of pain but I found the pastels, vape and flower all quality products, already planning next order and as for the pain relief of my knee that is torn In 3 different places I’ve been the most comfortable since November. Highly recommend 👍🏻🫡
