AVOID AVOID AVOID. late orders with no explanation, despite having paid for next day delivery. which means no pain relief for over 48 hours! 70% of stock, NOT IN STOCK. my anxiety is through the roof because of poor patient care. UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE. it is now time for my 2nd consultation. which I had to chase up. told the consultant the last prescription was in affective, so asked could i increase the THC content and was very abruptly stopped. they said i could increase the amount ( which means more money for them ) when i asked why not, she said the stronger strains were reserved for people with mental health issues?? to which she put the phone down on me! 5 days later and I received a email saying I'd been dismissed as a patient. no explanation. that's the level of care you can expect. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

Great all round clinic in my opinion, never had any problems. I’ve been using this clinic for over a year now. Doctors are very approachable, specially Doctor Tordoff. I like its discreteness as it’s less commercial but has plenty of medication to suit all pockets along with next day delivery. I would highly recommend. Thanks 👍🏼

Cb1 was recommended by a friend who had tried this company after poor experiences with 2x other companies. I booked and had my consultation which was a easy stress free experience and a knowledgeable dr I got accepted later that afternoon I placed my first order and all arrived discreetly and well packed the products not only got me out of pain but I found the pastels, vape and flower all quality products, already planning next order and as for the pain relief of my knee that is torn In 3 different places I’ve been the most comfortable since November. Highly recommend 👍🏻🫡

Got a email saying that due to my medical healthcare, I'm no longer eligible to be accepted. I find this rather confusing because they have the same medical history that I supplied when I was 1st accepted. They also stated that my last consultation was completed on the 18th of may? There again highly confusing because I received a message saying that this had been cancelled. So how could this consultation have been completed, when it actually didn't occur

CB1 Medical is an absolute shambles, and you should avoid them like the plague.
They are clearly a "cowboy" outfit that has failed in every basic duty of care, most notably during their catastrophic 2025 data breach, where they leaked a 2,600-page document containing the private medical details of over 4,000 patients.
Sensitive data history was dumped onto a public file-hosting site because of their gross negligence, yet they had the audacity to downplay the incident in misleading emails.
Beyond the privacy failures, the medication they provide is bottom-tier and "dodgy," often arriving dry, ineffective, and nowhere near the medical grade expected for the premium prices they charge. They treat the Consumer Rights Act as optional, ghosting patients once they have their money and making it impossible to get refunds for their frequent service failures. They are a danger to both your health and your data; save yourself the suffering and find a professional clinic that actually respects the law and its patients.

I was initially quite nervous before my online consultation but, the Consultant I spoke to reassured me and put me at ease. He went into great depth of what to expect. My wife was sitting next to me but out of frame, he asked her to get in the frame and spoke to us both. I would certainly recommend CB1 Medical.

Fantastic right from the start. Had my first appointment on Tuesday. The doctor was amazing, I was accepted the next morning after a review. (Wednesday) and received my prescription. The pharmacy dispatched my medication that afternoon and I received it the next day.
Since been using my medication over the last few days, I honestly can’t believe it!

Had my first consultation. Doctor explained everything to me and listened to me as a person unlike some of the others who just want your money. I explained my concerns and my budget, he was very sympathetic and helped me, he also explained how much it would cost for my treatment. From start to finish amazing. I haven’t had a single issue and when I needed something I contacted CB1 via web chat and everything got sorted within minutes.

Honestly, I’m shocked this clinic is allowed to operate the way it does. I spent a small fortune on vape products that didn’t work, and when I tried to raise the issue, I was completely ignored; both on the phone and by email.
Funny how that changed the moment I mentioned reporting them to the Care Quality Commission (CQC). Suddenly, they were able to respond.
This is a private medical service; patients are not “just another customer,” and shouldn’t be treated as such. The level of care and communication here falls far short of what you’d expect from any reputable private clinic. For comparison, my private dentist goes above and beyond every time.
Poor products, worse customer service, and only responsive when there’s a threat of escalation. Not a great look for a medical provider.

Utterly awful experience. Avoid CB1 at all costs. They will be ok until you have a problem then they will totally ignore you. It took me months to get resolution and refund for dodgy products. So many other people say the same too. They constantly ignore emails, cut you off the telephone and even pretend that the person you need to speak to isn’t there. Customer services are rude, antagonistic and unhelpful and deliberately try to wind you up. It seems like a game they play with people who complain about a product. They try to wind you up and then you hear them laughing in the background if they succeed. Shockingly poor service. It’s so short sighted because they are losing far more money than it would cost to sort the problems out. If they owe you money then take it up with the CQC & MRHA. They have so many people complaining about them the more that do the better chance this company will change it’s terrible procedures. The company does not deserve a license to sell medication. Utterly disgraceful.
There are so many clinics out there, choose a better one than CB1.
