Awful company
Awful company, they lie, and outline Respect, Integrity, Service, Excellence as values. Try living by them! Avoid avoid avoid. By not being upfront and detailing the position. It left me having to leave due to toxic environment, and a bullying client, speaking down to staff. Now due to the lack of honesty, I find myself having to look for work because I could not stand the environment, and the over the top expectation. So thanks, CBRE, for me being in a situation when, if honest. Never would have touched the job. I do not recommend it, and if there are no stars, I would vote that.

They ghost you after they take your money. I didn’t receive my tenancy agreement until a week and a half after the lease started. After I moved in, the CBRE manager of the flat does not respond. I’ve been in the flat for more than a month now and there are still countless problems that could’ve been solved in a short time.
CBRE- A threat to woman safety
CBRE manages the apartment I stay in, it is the worst service provider that one can possibly get. Of all the day to day issues that they manage horribly, yesterday in an incident where a group of 20 people gheraoed a young woman and harassed her, the CBRE security team just stood by and watched and when requested by the lady herself to escort her to her house and help her navigate the crowd, she was shouted upon. Later on when the police came the said security personnel narrated the entire incident in a completely different light supporting the perpetrators of the crime.

Fake listings no one picks up the phone and then tell you only one available is the opposite of what you need. I’d say don’t waste your time on this company. They have unavailable listings and basically just a waste of time

Terrible management!
CBRE has property management for Wells Fargo sites in Sioux Falls. The people they hire are the most unprofessional group behind closed doors. They will smile to your face and act friendly but don’t hesitate to talk about the guards and custodial staff making fun of them behind their backs as if they’re better than everyone else. ESPECIALLY one of them that got promoted recently. She is nothing but a bully and makes everyone’s job that much harder for no reason whatsoever. She just enjoys throwing her weight around and nobody can stand her. Leaving that job was the best decision I ever made with that bully in charge. They give CBRE a bad name and everyone was shocked that she got promoted to run the whole Wells Fargo property. They also lost two good maintenance men because of their very large ego trips. But honestly the only thing that gives me peace of mind is to know that karma will eventually catch up with them. They will continue to have trouble keeping guards and cleaners with her in charge. I’ve heard that the place has gone way down hill since I’ve left, which I knew it would. Do better Wells Fargo.

Please avoid this agency. They are incredibly unprofessional and unreliable. They will also do everything to take your deposit away from you. So I would entirely avoid the heartache and overall struggle by opting a more reputable agency. DANGEROUS ILLEGAL DRIVERS
1/15/22 11:46-11:48 AM Driver of the van NY License plate 74989NA drove onto oncoming traffic on a two way street. Proceeded to pass me on the left at high speeds of nearly 40-50 MPH. He then merged back onto my lane nearly running me off the road and ran two red lights after. First red light was a 6 lane intersection and second was a smaller 2 lane intersection. The company that can’t even hire responsible drivers and care about public safety shouldn’t be used.

I had bad experience with them. I am now fighting to get my money back for a reservation fee of £500. Awful customer service and lots of lies. They are only after your money and don’t provide any sort of advice required. I will stay away from them as much as I can!!!! Don’t trust anything they say!!! I will give 0 stars if I could. If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely horrified after buying an over million dollar, “brand new” apartment… just to find chicken bones in the dishwasher filter. Nothing was cleaned, all appliances had been used to store food, or wash clothes. I was rushed through the final settlement inspection by Georgia. Everything promised - such as marketing material being removed was not.
Horrified with the amount of money I spent, and the terrible service given.

Appalling service
Appalling service. When calling them to notify them that one of their properties they manage had an alarm going off they really couldn’t of cared less. I was put through to the incorrect department twice. Put through to someone who said “not my project, not my problem”, and had the phone put down on me by someone else. The alarm at this point has been going off (that we are aware of) for nearly 27 hours. The alarm going off is affecting local businesses but more to the point it is horrendous for local residents that live on the adjoining wall of the building. If you’re looking for good service and great management of your property I’d seriously avoid this company.
