In my opinion - Juan E. Rose

In my opinion, Juan E. Rose in Carlsbad CA is a rude and irresponsible individual. He manages a property where the tenants' pit bulls were unleashed and attacked two ladies and their dogs while on a walk within the condo community. When I notified Juan E. Rose of the incident, he was rude and not helpful at all. His wife is the owner of this particular property. They could care less about their tenants' dogs tearing apart one dog and biting two civilian women. Do you want him to manage your property? I wouldn't.

Awful managing agent

Awful managing agent with atrocious management teams. Flouting health and safety laws and a complete disregard for laws apertaning to the security industry. Viewing live and recorded CCTV footage without appropriate licences from the SIA and giving direct instructions to security teams without so much as a non front line licence (illegal) avoid services from this company or working with them.
