They are the worse order items over a month ago & still haven’t received. There customer service is even worse they said they couldn’t issue me a refund until after I received the items but I still don’t have a date of when I will receive & again it’s been well over a month.

Unfortunately the waist trainers I ordered were not good quality. I messaged support before the rest of my order could get shipped so I could get a refund for the items that didn't shop and they only gave me a partial refund. I haven't received any more follow up emails.

Cracks showing all over
The masks arrived and seem to be in decent shape. However, I'm amazed at how unprofessional many aspects of your website are. After a bit of research (and from the tracking info), I discovered that your company is based in China. I do not have a problem with this, and mean this only as "constructive criticism," but there are blatant spelling and grammar errors all around your website. Goodness, even the email asking me to submit this review stated that you were "fllowing up" on the order. Even my spell-checker points out that this is a spelling error, and you'd do yourselves well to invest in more pairs of eyes or a spell-checker to lend yourselves more credibility.

Getting ready to purchase and everything seemed to good to be true. I decided to look at the company reviews before purchasing, that’s why if isn’t not through PayPal or Amazon or EBay I will not buy. These random online websites have gotten worse due to Covid, a lot of fraud is on the rise. PayPal will give you your money back 90% of the time. I had this issue with Chicme.com and I got my money back nothing looked like what was advertised. Also my order came in 4 separate shipments. They were like 4 months apart. I was never able to contact the company so I just called PayPal. My advice to everyone is review the customer reviews before purchasing and only go through PayPal... if they don’t accept then PayPal then I don’t trust your site....I have to see real reviews not 3or 4 with the identical pictures I was like same background...must be Fake reviews and guess what they were...
